N	Nagauti on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 基本的な商品が揃っており特に不満はありません。ただ、家具売り場の店員に数名クセのある方がいると思います。ファブリック素材のソファーより革製ソファーの方が手入れが楽だからと高価な革ソファーをとにかく薦めてきたりまた、ベッドのマットレスの話を聞いたところ「好みがあるので実際に寝て選んで下さい」の一点張りでそれ以上の説明をしてくれなかった店員がいます。特に後者の方については、そんなことは当然こちらも分かってるわけですし、それ以上の事が説明出来ないのであれば貴方がそこで働いてる必要がないと思います。「硬めのマットレスがお好きならこれこれこういうものもありますが、硬め表記でもそれぞれ違いがあるので実際に寝て頂くのが一番です」とか説明の仕方はあると思うのです。展示品全部寝てみて好きなのを選べば良いです、はあまりにも…。コイルの特徴とか色々あるのでは？とこちらから質問してやっとカルファイバーの説明などして頂けましたが、過去に相当のクレームでも貰ったトラウマでもあるのでしょうか…。西バイパス店ではそのような店員に当たった事が無いので、ニトリ全体の話では無いと思いますが、もう少し何とかならないものでしょうか。 We have basic products and there is no particular dissatisfaction.
