電話で問い合わせをしたとき、忙しかったのか受け答えがかなり適当で、しかも嘘をつかれた。
先生が地域や学校の検診に行くことが多く、休診や診察時間の変更も多いので事前に調べる必要がある。

健診の際に先生から言われたことを、ここは話も聞かずにダメだやるなの一点張り。
なぜダメかの説明も無し。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 友人から、受付の人が威圧的で怖いから二度と行かない!と言われていたのですが近所だし行ってみました。確かに受付の人の態度、対応には問題有りだと思いましたが、先生が良い方で中の看護師さんも良い方で子供には害はないし親の私が我満すれば、、、と思いお世話になっていますが、、出来れば受付の人皆さんもう少し謙虚でも良いかと。こっちは診てやってんだ的な意味不明な威圧感は直して欲しいです。
ちなみに、こちらの先生は上記のような受付の人の態度や対応を知っているのでしょうか?
知っていてこんなんなら改善の余地はなく期待できないですね。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 他の口コミどうりでしたが態度がなっていない受け付けは一部の人でその人がいないと非常に平和的です。先生と看護士さんが優しいのでこれからも通いますが、普通のお店なら二度と行かないレベルです。病院も一応客商売という認識が足りないようですね。

まず看護師がゆるい、適当、かつ名前もはっきり呼んでいないため、私の子どもが呼ばれたのに聞き間違えた違う子が中へ通された。しばらくしてから間違いに気付き「これ、誰のカルテ?名前似てるもんね〜、まあいいや〇〇くんのカルテ持ってきて」と看護師も先生もヘラヘラして診察を後回しにされた。一歳で予防接種で、こっちは予約時間にきちんと行ってかつ服を脱がせて待っていたのにも関わらず、謝罪もなければ何事もなかったかのように診察した。間違って入って行った親もどうかと思うが、そういった間違いが起こり得ることがそもそも問題。もし予防接種間違えられたら…と思うとゾッとします。もう二度と行かない。子どもをきちんと見てほしいなら絶対行かないほうがいい。
