★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 以前レビューを書いた水戸のプロカフェのマスターに『昼飯は何を食べたらいいかな？』と聞くと、マスターは『今日はさっぱりと海鮮丼！』と言われて、『海鮮丼なら大洗だ！おすすめは？』と聞き、マスターは『この店のちらし寿司は絶品！』という流れで訪問させていただきました。
『ちらし寿司(寿)』まさに絶品でした！
これでもか！というくらいにネタが満載！
お通しのあん肝も大きくて美味しかったです。
お店の『ゆっくり食べて』という御言葉に甘えまして、じっくりと堪能させていただきました。
大洗駅のすぐ目の前にあるお店ですから、ここで味覚を堪能してから大洗の街を散策するのもオススメです！

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 港町だけあり寿司屋の多い大洗ですが、立地的な意味でいちばん利用しやすいのがここ、大洗駅前に居を構える寿々翔さんでしょう。
味の良さにも定評があり、町民の方や、いろいろな店を食べ歩いている観光客からも支持されている"うまい寿司屋”です。
確かに、港町だし、ネタの鮮度とかいったものは他店と大きな差があるわけでもないはずですが、酢飯の味付けや炊き加減、握り加減、卵焼きの味付けなど、ひとつひとつの技術がしっかりしている印象で、とにかくとてもおいしいお寿司が頂けるのです。
中でも驚きなのがカッパ巻きで、これまでの人生のカッパ巻き感が覆されてしまうほどの驚きのおいしさ。
冷麦くらいの細切りにされたキュウリと胡麻が巻かれていて、直径もかなり細め。一口でパクっといけるサイズに切られているのですが、口の中でシャリがほどけ、細切りキュウリがしゃりしゃりとした食感。胡麻の香りもアクセントで加わり…… 酢飯にキュウリを巻いただけのものがなぜこんなに旨いのか……
世の中にはまだまだ知らない旨いものが沢山ある、自分はまだまだ未熟者だ…… と思わせてくれた驚きのカッパ巻きです。
メニューにある握りやちらし寿司など全てテイクアウト可能で、なにしろ駅の正面なので、観光で来た帰りの電車内で食べる、といった利用の仕方もしやすいです。

親切でとても感じのよい対応をしていただきました。
店の前に車を停めるスペースがありますが、３台だけなので
停められない事もあると思います。
あらかじめ乳児がいることをお伝えしておきましたら、扉のしまる落ち着いた和室に通していただけました。
口コミを参考にちらし寿司の梅とかっぱ巻きを頼みました。
ちらし寿司は千円の梅だったので派手な材料はありませんでしたが、１つ１つ丁寧に寿司飯の上に作ってあり、どのネタも美味しかったです。
サービスでつけていただいたしじみ汁やもずくもとても美味しかったです。
かっぱ巻きは食べる所によってワサビがとてもききすぎている所もあり、ワサビが苦手な人にはつらいかもしれません。
ワサビ好きな家族は「美味しい」と喜んでいました。
とても美味しかったので満足でしたが、１人の寿司飯に灰色の髪の毛が入っていたので星１つ減点させていただきました。
親切にしていただしたのでクレームは言わないでおきました。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 土曜日に予約してお伺いしました。小さな子供連れだったので予約出来る事と、お座敷にして頂けたのは凄く有り難かったです。折角だからと松チラシとおまかせ握り 子供に単品で玉子といくらを頂きました。どの素材も新鮮で美味しい!正直おさかな市場のお寿司屋さんより遥かに美味しかったです。特にうにが甘くて美味しかったです。小さな子供連れでもゆっくり落ち着いて食べれるおすすめのお寿司屋さんでした。ごちそうさまでした!

自分は学生で、高級そうな雰囲気があったので少々躊躇していたのですが、意を決して入ってみたところ、フレンドリーなご夫婦が快く話しかけてくださり、気持ちよく食事することができました。お通しのイカも美味しく、何より注文したちらし寿司が非常に美味しかったです。サービスでしじみ汁も付けていただき、最高の時間を過ごせました。また来ます。
