★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 所謂家系ラーメンと思って行くと匂いが強いな、と思ってしまうかもしれないが、これはこれで好きな味。此処から家系にハマっていったら他所のは弱っちく感じてしまうかも。駐車場とかはないので歩きで来ましょう。
 If you think of it as so-called Iekei Ramen, you may think that it has a strong smell, but this is my favorite taste. If you are addicted to the family line from here, you may feel weak in other places. There is no parking lot, so let's walk.

家系はそんなに好きじゃないけど、ここのすずき家さんは、スープが美味しかった。スープの温度もぬる過ぎず、熱過ぎず問題ありません?。
大きな海苔やホウレン草、うずらの卵は家系の定番。期待を裏切らない美味しさです。
ただ、塩味が強い?ので最初に「味薄め」の申告が必要。麺は太麺でコシが強めなので、普通より柔らかい方がスープに良く絡みそう。
家系の「味を自分で決めろ」的なシステムが個人的には好きじゃない。いつも「普通」でお願いするけど、しょっぱいスープの店が多い。結局不満な印象が残ったまま一見で終わる。それが家系と言われればそれまでだが…
ただ、こちらのお店はまた来てもいいかなと思わせる美味しいラーメン?でしたよ?

However, it has a strong salty taste ?, so it is necessary to declare "thin taste" first. The noodles are thick and chewy, so softer noodles are more likely to get entangled in the soup.
Personally, I don't like the "taste yourself" system of the family. I always ask for "normal", but there are many salty soup shops. After all, it ends at a glance with a dissatisfied impression. Until then, if it's called a family line ...
However, this shop was a delicious ramen ? that made me think that I could come again ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 横浜で食べたはじめての家系ラーメンです。
かなり濃い目でのどが渇きますが、おいしかったです。
味玉も半熟加減が好きでした。
支払い方法はd払い等も含め使えたのがラーメン店としては珍しくありがたかったです。
This is the first Iekei ramen I ate in Yokohama.
It was very dark and thirsty, but it was delicious.
