★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 態度悪くて変な事ばかり聞いてくるので口コミ調べたらコレだったので契約するの辞めました。ブラックリストに放り込みました笑

普通に人と話すのにタメ口で、かなり上から物を言ってきます。
相手からしたらかなり不愉快ですね。
こういう保証会社が裏にいると安心して入居できません。
住むなら気持ちよく最後まで居たいと思うのが入居者側なので、家主さんが全て管理されてる物件に住まわれる方がよっぽど安心して暮らせます。
言われてもしょうがない接客態度だと誰が聞いてもそう思うと思います。
色々な友人にも相談したら悪質だと言っていました。
不動産関係の職に就いてる人は経験上 皆態度偉そうで不愉快な気持ちになる所しかありませんね。
此処は正にそういう気持ちにさせる会社です。
マナーのマの字もありませんね。

偉そうな口調で本来話さなくていい事まで、根掘り葉掘り聞いてきます。
これから職場や保証人に連絡します。いいです？何を聞いても大丈夫なんですよね？と言われました。
仕事の内容も事細かく知りたいらしく、説明しても理解出来ないようで、はぁ。。私は存じあげておりませんので分からない。と返されました。態度だけはでかいのに知識がない。
聞いてきといて最低な対応。
契約する気失せました。
