★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ラーメンは昔から味がほとんど変わらず美味しいです。セットの唐揚げを頼んだ際レタスの端はピンク色に傷んでおり、埃もついていた。唐揚げは写真とは違い一口サイズのコンパクトなものでした。こちらに行かれた際は、セットの唐揚げはオススメ出来ません。
Ramen has always been delicious with almost the same taste. When I asked for the fried chicken, the edge of the lettuce was damaged in pink and dusty. Unlike the photo, the fried chicken was a bite-sized compact one. When you go here, we do not recommend fried chicken.

ご飯もあんなベチャベチャなのは始めてでした。
絶対水の量を間違えてると思うんですがそれを平気でお客さんに出すんだとビックリしました。二度と行きません。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ここのラーメンでは「ピリごま」が大好きです。
旨味が強くてコクと奥行きもあり美味しいです。旨味と辛さのベストバランスは中辛ですね。それから中辛から激辛にいくと辛さの差は一気に辛くなりますよ(^_^;)
ここの代表メニューとして「スペシャル醤油」がありますがそれよりちょいとお安めの「うまみ醤油」も個人的におすすめですよ。背脂の甘味と旨味でグイグイいけます。
・・・ああ、「唐揚げ」がおいしくないですね。固くてパサパサで「鶏肉の味」がありません。これはおすすめできない品でした。

I love "pirigoma" in the ramen here.
It has a strong umami flavor and is delicious with richness and depth. The best balance between umami and spiciness is medium spiciness. Then, if you go from medium spicy to intense spicy, the difference in spiciness will become spicy at once (^ _ ^;)
There is "special soy sauce" as a representative menu here, but I personally recommend "umami soy sauce" which is a little cheaper than that. The sweetness and umami of the backfat makes it gorgeous.
... Oh, "fried chicken" is not delicious. It is hard and dry and has no "chicken taste". This was not a recommended item.

でも今回頼んだ夏メニュー「ざるラーメン」はかなり残念です。
細麺で水気シャバシャバで旨味も風味も何もにもありません。
ごまツユも濃すぎる上に旨味がない。
もう食べてて全然楽しくなかったです(´；ω；`)ｳｯ…
セットできた唐揚げも下味ゼロでパサパサ・・。
こんなの「商品」じゃない！！（怒）
冷やし担々麺がおいしいだけにこんなのありえません！！
All of these ramen are my favorite flavors!
But the summer menu "Zaru Ramen" I ordered this time is quite disappointing.
The thin noodles are moist and shabby, and have no umami or flavor.
The sesame tuyu is too thick and has no umami.
It wasn't fun to eat anymore (´ ； ω ； `) Woo ...
The fried chicken that you can set is also dry with no taste.
It's not such a "product"! !! (Angry)
This is impossible just because the chilled dandan noodles are delicious! !!

食べたのはうまみ醤油ラーメン硬め
最初の一口がちょうどいい熱さ
そのままスープをすすると熱かった
ちょうどいい熱さから食べるにつれて熱々になる
これは盛り付けのテクニックなのか偶然なのか？
にんにくチップは入れ放題なのでラーメンの後半ニンニクいれるとまた別の味が楽しめます
スープが濃いのでご飯があるといいかも

The first bite is just the right heat
It was hot when I sipped the soup as it was
It gets hotter as you eat from just the right amount of heat
Is this a presentation technique or a coincidence?
You can add garlic chips as much as you want, so you can enjoy another taste by adding garlic in the latter half of the ramen.
The soup is thick so it might be nice to have some rice
