古	古庄屋 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 倉敷市役所西の中華蕎麦かたやま倉敷店さんランチで伺いました。中華蕎麦を戴きました。蒲鉾がトッピングされていて懐かしさを感じました。お店が狭くて密でした。こちらの駐車場はなかなか停められないですね。 Chukasoba Katayama Kurashiki store in the west of Kurashiki City Hall I visited for lunch. J	JUNO on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 土曜昼、駐車場は他店舗共同であり混み合っている様子で待合い状態だった。 14時前に入店後、中華蕎麦2.5玉盛のボタンを押し食券を手渡した。注文後10分程度でカウンター上に登場。見た目の濃い醤油色と鶏スープの香りが印象的。チャーシューというよりは豚バラが表面を覆っている。麺は中細麺か、麺を箸で上げると醤油の色が付いている程に風味があるビターな醤油が濃厚、鶏スープの香りは強く旨味もある。が塩分もそこそこ、飲み切るのは身体に優しくない。昔からの中華そばという感じだが、このスープとやや腰のある食感を残した中細麺のバランスが中毒性をはらむ要素となっている気がする。たまに行きたい感じだが☆４を超え切らない理由もややわかる。 On Saturday afternoon, the parking lot was shared with other stores and was in a waiting state as it seemed to be crowded. t	tengu karasu on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ バイパス沿いのかたやまには何度か行ったことがあるが、今回は用事で出かけ、その近くの市役所横のこちらに行ってみた。昼直前で、すぐに座ることができ、いつものネギ蕎麦と、餃子を注文。まもなく出てきました。ところが塩っぱく感じ、どうしてだろう？、体調のせいかな？と思ったまま、スープは残して完食。家に帰り、以前のバイパス店で食べた時の画像と見比べて納得。スープの量が、丼の赤い線までこちらは入っていない。醤油だれとスープの比率が違いこちらの店は醬油ダレが濃いんだな、と思い、他のクチコミの写真を見ると、赤い線までスープが入っているものも多い。では、たまたま今回は自分のだけ濃かったのかな？。濃い薄いも選択できるようなので、他の人の注文と間違えたのかも？。謎ですがわかりません。 I've been to Katayama along the bypass several times, but this time I went out for business and went to this place next to the city hall nearby.
