ア	アットマークすすむ on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 6月も終盤戦、今日は朝から蒸し暑いですね！！。暑いときには熱いものを頂いて身体に喝を入れましょう、やって来たのは一宮の豚太郎さん、昔ながらの外観が郷愁をそそります。店内は昔ながらの豚太郎さんの造り、厨房前のカウンター席・窓際のテーブル席・左奥の小上がり席．．．古い店舗はほとんど同じ構成になっています。注文は「特製味噌ラーメン（820円）」、特製とは何か．．．を確認しないまま注文してしまいました^^;　待つこと10分弱で着丼、中にとんかつと揚げ餃子が入っています、これが特製なんですね。スープは昔ながらの味噌味、洗練さはありませんが昔懐かしい味わいです。麺は中細縮れ、デフォで若干軟いでしょうか、ツルツル食感でのど越しは良いです。チャーシューは濃い目の味付けで中サイズが3枚、脂バランスよく好みの味わい。他の具材は細もやし・ゆで卵スライス・青葱です。とんかつと揚げ餃子の油が味噌スープに混じり、後半はかなりワイルドになりましたね。昔懐かしい豚太郎味噌ラーメン、堪能いたしました！！ The final game in June, it's hot and humid from the morning today! !! .. k	k 1 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 晩御飯で利用しました。焼豚定食と味噌ラーメンを注文しました。入店時は昔ながらの拉麺店な感じの豚骨脂の匂いが鼻につきましたが、段々と慣れていきました。焼豚は4切だったと思いますが、1枚1枚が大きくてボリュームがありました。お茶の様な液体がガラスコップに入っていましたが、こちらは味を感じ無くて謎でした。味噌ラーメンも普通に美味しかったです。ただ、店の名前から豚骨ラーメンがうりなのかと思っていましたが、味噌ラーメン中心で豚骨ラーメンは無い様だったので、店の中の匂い含めて謎を感じました。 I used it for dinner. S	SHUJI M. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 豚太郎は元々は高知が発祥の老舗のラーメンチェーン店です。その昔、ぶた太郎じゃないよ！とん太郎だよ！というテレビCMが思い出されます。チェーン店なんですが、お店により味やメニューも多少の違いが有る感じがします。岡山に有る豚太郎でも、一宮店は昭和の昔から有りますね駐車場はお店の前のスペースで少し狭い感じでした。赤い暖簾をくぐって店内に入ると、厨房の前にカウンター席、右側にテーブル席が有り左側奥は小上がりにテーブル席といかにも昭和のラーメン屋さんといった雰囲気です。焼きめしとギョウザを注文焼きめしは、そんなに量は多くないですが、福神漬けが付け合わせに付いた結構具沢山で、食堂の焼きめしといった感じでした。スープではなく味噌汁が付いてくるのが少し変わっていますね！ギョウザは、一人前８個で少し小ぶりでよく焼けていて食べやすかったです。ラーメンは醤油、味噌、塩と３種類有り＋２３０円で定食で注文するのが、一番いいかも知れませんね！お店の接客や雰囲気は良かったと思います。お支払いは食後に現金のみでした。 Pig Taro Originally originated in Kochi It is a long-established ramen chain store.
