もっと余裕と優しさをもって診療してほしい。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 先生のその時の機嫌によって対応が全く違う。
良い時はとても明るく気さくで丁寧。
悪い時は不機嫌丸出しで八つ当たりな感じ。
落差が激しすぎて、今日はどっちだろうとドキドキしながら受診するのが嫌でかかりつけを変えました。
医者も人間です。機嫌の良し悪しはあるでしょうが、もう少し当たり散らすような態度ではなく淡々と対応していただきたいです。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 私が幼い頃はこの診療所に行ってましたが医師は怖いイメージを持たせないようにとふざけたり優しくしてくれる方でしたし、看護師の方や受付の方も優しくして下さりました。7年ほど前になってしまいますし、しょっちゅう病院にかかっていたため、面識があったこともありますがとてもいい印象の診療所です。口コミが案外悪かったことに驚きました。最近行っていないため、断言は出来ませんが、この診療所に行ってみるのも選択肢としては良いと思います。

It's been about 7 years ago, and since I was in the hospital all the time, I had some acquaintance with it, but it's a very good clinic. I was surprised that the word of mouth was unexpectedly bad. I can't say for sure because I haven't been there recently, but I think it's a good option to go to this clinic.

受診したいと伝えると、他の病院にかかったことはないのかと聞かれて、かかったことはあるが青森市に来て短いので数回しかかかったことはないと伝えても、コロナ禍なのでかかりつけ医に連絡してくださいと門前払い。
かかりつけ医という程通っていません。
症状も状況も聞いてもらえず、結局診てもらえませんでした。
忙しいのはわかりますけど、受付の対応があまりに冷たかった。

受付の中に5人も人がいるのに、来た患者の対応はしなくしばらく無視。
こちらから声をかけても、ちょっと待ってくださいと言われ、しばらくそのまま放置。
やっと対応して頂いたと思ったら、冷たい態度であしらわれ、最終的には、電話してから来てくださいと言われ門前払いでした。
電話もずっと話し中で繋がらず、かかりつけ医なのに行けない状態です。
前々から、受付の対応は冷たいなとは思ってましたが、年々ひどくなってます。
忙しいのは分かりますが…がっかりです。
先生と看護師さんは優しくていいと思います。
