受付の方も、ナースの方もしっかり話を聞いてくださり、子どもを抱っこしていると荷物を持ってくれたりと適切に診察に誘導してくれ、安心して受診できます。
しかし、コロナ禍に具合が悪くなり受診しようとしたところ、受付で「今の時間は体調の悪い子は受付できない」と帰されました。
体調の悪い子を連れて病院まで行くのも一苦労なので、それならそうと、貼り紙ではなくHPに載せておいて欲しかったです。
すごく信頼していたクリニックだっただけに、とても残念に思いました。
コロナ流行中に受診の場合には、事前に電話するなど確認してから受診した方が良いかもしれません。

診察前に、スタッフの方が症状の聞き取りを詳しく行ってくれます。
診察では無駄に抗生剤を出しすぎたりせず、安くても切れ味のよいお薬をきちんと説明したうえで処方して下さいます。
粉のくすりと錠剤とが選べるときにはこどもにも「どっちがいい？」と確認してくれます。
待合室と、感染症の子専用の部屋、元気な子（健診や予防注射、ぜんそくの定期処方だけの子）専用の部屋、他には熱などでぐったりしている子を寝かせるベッドが５つほどあります。
病児保育も併設されていて、クリニックの先生が診てくださるので安心です。
