k	k f on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ レトロな駅舎。自動ドアではなく手動ドアなのは驚いた。自動改札機が今時ないのはちょっと不便かな Retro station building. I was surprised that it was a manual door instead of an automatic door. Isn't there an automatic ticket gate at this time?
神	神石（-Kami Ishi-） on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 裾野駅は御殿場線の途中駅で最近まで特急あさぎりの停車駅でした。そんなためか、ホームは20m車両7両が入れる長さのため、短い2両だと改札側(御殿場寄り)に停車します。そのほか3両編成で沼津寄りの先頭車までは屋根がありますがそこからはないです。駅の構造は、改札機は簡易改札機(IC専用)で切符は駅員に手渡しか小銭受けに置くかで通れます。この駅には東口と西口があり、西口がメインで使用されており、券売機はノーマルタイプが２つだけあります。西口には最近になって工事がされたロータリーもあります。一方東口は簡易改札で、券売機は１つのみ、ただ東口からホームに行くには珍しい構内踏切を使ってホームに行きます。混み具合は、朝7:30〜8:30の間は学生や通勤客で溢れるため、改札は混雑します。夕方は特に混むほどではありません。 Susono Station is an intermediate station on the Gotemba Line and was a stop for the limited express Asagiri until recently. This station has an east exit and a west exit, and the west exit is mainly used, and there are only two normal type ticket vending machines. There is also a recently constructed rotary at the west exit. On the other hand, the east exit is a simple ticket gate, there is only one ticket vending machine, and you can go to the platform using the railroad crossing, which is rare for going to the platform from the east exit. The ticket gates are crowded because it is crowded with students and commuters from 7:30 to 8:30 in the morning. It's not particularly crowded in the evening.
待	待たせたな on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 島式のホームひとつのこじんまりした駅です。西口、東口共に郷愁を感じますが西口はホームへのエレベーターも備わります。個人的には東口の怪しい雰囲気がたまりません。 It is a small station with one island platform. m	mo ku on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 接客が最悪！定期券をまともに売れない知識の足りない駅員がいる。あげくの果てに自分が間違えておきながら、客を電話で駅に呼びつける始末。 1年位前にも、接客の悪さのクチコミが出ていましたが、全然改善されていないようですね。社員の程度の低さを疑われても仕方がないですね。JR東海の社員教育はどうなっているのでしょう？会社自体が客を客と思っていないのか、情報収集・伝達能力がないのか？！確か、三島駅の北側に立派な研修施設があるようですが、この手の社員が目に付くということは、器が立派でも中身がないというか、教育に魂が入っていないのでは？せめて客に迷惑かけないよう、また、不快感を与えないよう、こういう社員はきちんと教育し直して欲しいものです。 The customer service is the worst! It was renamed Susono Station on July 15, 1915. After the opening of the Tanna Tunnel on December 1, 1934, it became a station of the Gotemba Line. Regularly scheduled freight services were discontinued on March 10, 1974 and baggage-handling services from February 1, 1984. Along with its division and privatization of JNR on April 1, 1987, the station came under the control and operation of JR Central. Susono Station has a single island platform.
