W	W13 chaichana on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ◼️2019年2月訪問美味しい寿司をリーズナブルに出す店。会計時に逆の意味でビックリしました。鳥取来たら必ず立ち寄っています。予約でカウンターのお一人様も歓迎してもらえます。お店の皆さんもとても感じがよいです。 ◼️2020年1月再訪、三度目今回は団体が入っていて20時からの予約今回もリーズナブルに美味しい寿司を堪能させていただきました。気になった「干し肉」というのを頼みましたが、これまたおいしかった。ドライエイジングビーフ？的なステーキのようなお料理です。付け合わせの野菜(トマト、玉ねぎなど)もすべて素晴らしい。最後の一品のそば茶を焼酎でわって堪能させていただきました。 ◼️2021.4訪問いつもとりあえず大将お任せでつまみを用意してもらうようにしています。あとはその日の気分で何か追加で頼んだり、オススメのものをいただいたり。最後に何貫かにぎってもらって、赤だし～デザートです。いつも美味しくいただいています。ごちそうさまでした。 ◼️ Visited in February 2019 A restaurant that serves delicious sushi at a reasonable price. Everyone in the shop feels very good too. ◼️ Revisited in January 2020, third time This time there is a group and reservation from 20:00 I enjoyed delicious sushi at a reasonable price this time as well. I asked for "dried meat" that I was interested in, but it was also delicious. Dry aging beef? It's a typical steak-like dish. Garnished vegetables (tomatoes, onions, etc.) are all wonderful. I enjoyed the last dish of buckwheat tea with shochu. ◼️ 2021.4 visit For the time being, I always leave it to the general to prepare the knobs. After that, depending on the mood of the day, I asked for something additional or got a recommended one. At the end, I got a few pieces and it was red and dessert. It's always delicious. The set ends off with a big surprise, a warm cooked eel sushi with fluffy soft rice, and the chef will request for you to eat it straight off your palm. Sashimi and tako is very delicious, generous portion as well. Be sure to try the teapot soup as well! The meal ends off with a delightful pear and jelly dessert. The store is fronted by a friendly and warm mother and her son the sushi chef. The service is very polite and helpful. Although the menu is not in English, you could guess the content with the accompanying pictures.
