店内の照明が暗すぎる。特に美味しいと感じる料理は無く、メインにでてきた牛肉は、ソースが濃すぎて塩っ辛い。
和食に求める繊細さ皆無で残念でした。
Used at dinner time.
The lights in the store are too dark. There is no dish that feels particularly delicious, and the beef that comes to the main has too rich and salty sauce.
It was disappointing that there was no delicacy required for Japanese food.

大変な感銘を受けたことをひとつだけ述べさせてください。
マネージャー北原笑子(えみこ)さんの接客に、心を射たれました❗
「笑(えみ)で聴く」ことが接客の極意❕
PR、写真、噺などで発信することも時に必要かと思いますが、訪れた客が感じた(想い)を聴くことが、最大の接客だと、今後の私の「糧」にしたいという思いを新たにしました。
「大きな大きなマスク」がなければ、もっと良かったのになー 笑笑 ?

Let me just mention one thing that impressed me a lot.
I was impressed by the customer service of manager Emiko Kitahara ❗
"Listen with laughter" is the secret of customer service ❕
I think it is sometimes necessary to send out PR, photos, storytelling, etc., but if listening to the feelings (feelings) of the visiting customers is the greatest customer service, I would like to use it as my "food" in the future. I made a new one.
It would have been better without the "big big mask" lol ?

We bring a few customers to lunch, but everyone is always pleased with the wonderful scenery and delicious food. I am surprised that you can have lunch like a mini kaiseki with this grade for a little less than 2000 yen.
