T	Traditional Apartment 高松ゲストハウス on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 鰻好きな母親のために誕生日のお祝いでお伺いしました。入り口入るとすぐに本日の鰻の産地の表記があります。本日は三重県と愛知県産の鰻を使用。愛知県は日本の3大養殖産地です。大川さんの鰻は問屋さんで選別してもらって入荷したものを職人の目でさらに厳選し、一級から特級(当店規定)の肉厚な特大鰻を使用しているとのこと。期待が高まります笑テーブルにも欄間が使用されていてとっても高級感が出ています。高級鰻店だけあって細かいところまでこだわりが感じられます。メニューはうな重（並） 2,550円うな重（上） 3,900円うな重（特上） 4,700円蒲焼（上） 3,900円蒲焼（特上） 4,700円白焼き（上） 3,900円白焼き（特上） 4,700円という感じです。注文はもちろんうな重（特上）。（上）も（特上）も鰻１本を使用していますが、特上の方が肉厚で良い鰻を使用しているんだとか。重箱にこれでもかと詰められた炊き立てのご飯に飛び出さんばかりの鰻。ちなみにこちらはご飯大盛り（プラス110円）にしてもらいました。鰻のタレのとっても良い匂いがします！鰻のタレは、数種の自家製ブレンドで作られていて、ご飯にかかる分量も調整してくれています。絶妙な焼き加減と、タレの分量がとっても素晴らしい！！鰻も肉厚で特有の臭みも全くなし！いつもは山椒をかけるのですが、山椒をかけるのがもったいないくらい。また小皿に乗っているのは本ワサビ。ワサビにもこだわりが感じられます。まさしく特上の名にふさわしい最高級の鰻。焼き加減、タレ、ご飯の炊き方。お店の内装。どれをとっても特上でした。 I visited for a birthday celebration for my mother who likes eels. y	yuka yuzu on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 日曜日で１時間待ちました。待ってでも食べたった。そして、おいしい！お店に入ってレジ前にある機械で、入店予約。設定すれば時間になると携帯に呼び出しが入るシステムもいい。レジ前の長椅子もあるけど、今の時期、車で待てます。お店も落ち着いた感じで、店員さんの客捌きもスムーズ。注文時間も適正。あのタレの香りで食欲増進。今回は「蒲焼き上」にしたけど、うな重もいいな。タレの染みた御飯。希望いえばもう少し駐車場があればなぁ。持ち帰り待ちの人もかなりいる。もちろん路駐も出来ないし、探すだけで時間がかかります。 I waited for an hour on Sunday. H	Hiroyukl Hasebe on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 駐車場に到着した地点で良い香りが。先着のお客様のオーダーを焼いてるのか？店内には3つの引戸で外界と遮断。立地が交通量が多い交差点なので静かに食事が出きるよう配慮か車の騒音は店内には届かず静か。オーダーは奮発して鰻重特上にしようと思ったが同伴者が鰻重上さえ食べきれないから食べてと言うので二人とも鰻重上をオーダー。配膳まで15分くらいか… オーダー後にしっかり焼いてくれてる。最初の一口はフーフーしないと熱い❗ パリ…ふわっ…美味い❗ 肝吸いも濃厚で美味し❗ 大満足でした❗ A nice scent when you arrive at the parking lot.
