の	のぞみT on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ しっかり塩や秘密のスパイス？がかかっていて千切りキャベツとご飯がすすんでうまっ！外はパリッ、中は柔らかくてジューシー。店内は10名少ししか入れないほど狭くて、何度も何かの間違いじゃないか見渡したほど。日曜の正午だったけど、お客さんは少なく座れたし、そんなに待たずに提供された。 Firmly salt or secret spice? K	K taro on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 昼食で利用。厳密には、食後のシメかなw 四国へ出張に行くなら、これ食べとかないと！と会社の人に勧められて、昼に食べられるお店を探して辿り着きました。会社の人に勧められたのは「骨付き鳥　蘭丸」と言うお店でしたが、夜しかやってないのとラストオーダーが早い為利用出来ず。他の店もほとんど夜営業なので、昼から食べられるお店は珍しかったです。お店はこじんまりしてましたが、結構お客が入ってました。実は出張先で昼弁当を出して頂いており、骨付き鳥だけ食べたかったので「ビールセット」が希望通りで最高でした！骨付き鳥は「おや」「ひな」そして店の名を冠した「TM骨付き鳥」の3種ありますが、ビールセットはTM骨付き鳥の一択となります。一般的な骨付き鳥が塩コショウの味付けで焼いたものなのに対し、TM骨付き鳥は味噌の甘辛い味が加わった揚げものになります。食べてみると最初は「少々味付けが濃いかな？」と思いましたが、添えてあるキャベツと一緒に食べると丁度良い感じになりました ♪ちなみにTM骨付き鳥の鳥のお肉は「ひな」だそうです。骨付き鳥はしっかり食べ応えがあるし、一杯飲めて箸休めの小鉢も付いて980円は大満足でした。おすすめです！ Used for lunch.
