Best Udon noodle restaurant in japan

1	1 H on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 瓦町FLAGの10階にあるうどん屋さんです。高松のセルフ店はまごついてしまうことが多いのですが、こちらは至極分かりやすく、またスタッフの方々も丁寧でスムーズに注文できました。揚げ物の種類も多く味もよかったのですが、肝心のうどんがコシがあるというより硬めで、讃岐うどん特有のつるっとした食感もあまり感じられませんでした。 It is a udon shop on the 10th floor of Kawaramachi FLAG. Takamatsu's self-service shops are often confusing, but this one is extremely easy to understand, and the staff were polite and able to order smoothly. There were many kinds of fried foods and the taste was good, but the essential udon was harder than chewy, and I didn't feel the smooth texture peculiar to Sanuki udon.

豆	豆助 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 瓦町フラッグの10階にあります。確か夏頃オープンしたお店なのでキレイです。コロナ対策なのか、天ぷらはレジ前にカードがあるので、そこで好きな品を選んでレジで渡します。ただうどんは口頭で注文するので、結局は店員さんと話さないといけないんですけど…あとは薬味も小分けしたのを貰えますし、カレーうどんを頼むと、紙エプロンをくれるので助かります！そういう気遣いが、とても嬉しいです。あと意外とオススメなのが、天ぷらカードがある中にアイスコーヒーもあります。100円なので、食後飲むにはちょうど良いと思います。そんなには混んでないので、１人でも入りやすいお店です。カレーうどんは、ピリ辛で美味しいです。更に激辛スパイスをつけてくれるので、お好みの辛さに出来るので嬉しかったです。結構辛くなりましたが、スパイスの香りがして美味しく頂きました。 Located on the 10th floor of Kawaramachi Flag. Curry udon is spicy and delicious. It also adds spicy spices, so I was happy that I could make it as spicy as I like. It became quite spicy, but the aroma of spices made it delicious.

飯	飯田晃一朗（ゆいまーる） on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 瓦町駅の駅ビルにあるので、空港行きリムジンバス待ち合わせで利用させて頂きました。値段が高めなので、落ち着いた雰囲気が良いです。時間帯によっては元気の良いお子様の叫び声が聞こえますが、それはご愛嬌。今日は釜玉バター、アジフライとカボチャ天をオーダー。アジフライサクサクで、カボチャ天は分厚くで嬉しいです！うどんはたまご、溶けたバターを混ぜ、薬味と醤油をまぜ、カルボナーラのように粒胡椒を挽いてかけたら最高でした。釜揚げは少し柔らかいので、次回は冷たいザルうどんを頂きたいです。美味しかったです。ごちそうさまでした！
