2回ほど伺いましたが、そのときの経験と感想です。
・お店側の提案時間に伺ったら担当者不在で30分ほど待つことになった
・不動産サイトで見つけた物件を問い合わせて、内見出来ると聞いていたが、問い合わせ時点で既に埋まっていて、他の部屋なら紹介できると言われた。
2点目については、事前に伝えて欲しかったですし、内見が目的だったので、来店する意味がなくなっていたのを知らずに来店することになった。
また、2回ともご対応頂いた方が主任さんであり、ある程度対応にも慣れてる方との認識であり、
私にとってはタウンハウジングさんの対応の基準がこの接客だとの認識になりました。
物件が埋まってしまうので、内見前に契約を急かすところもあり、人気物件を狙う方にはいいかもしれませんが、他の物件と比較してなど、じっくり選びたい方には向いてないと思います

Regarding the second point, I wanted you to tell me in advance, and since the purpose was to preview, I decided to come to the store without knowing that it was meaningless to visit.
In addition, it is recognized that the person who responded both times is the chief and is accustomed to responding to some extent.
For me, it became my recognition that Townhousing's response standard was this customer service.
Since the property will be filled up, there is a place to rush the contract before previewing, so it may be good for those who aim for popular properties, but it is not suitable for those who want to carefully select such as comparing with other properties. I think

契約が決まったら連絡もせず放置。

入居ギリギリの契約でその日程調整連絡も前日前々日に連絡する。
こっちも暇じゃないんでしっかりしてください。
遅れたことを謝罪もせず当たり前のような顔してるのも腹が立ちました。
しっかり教育した方がいいと思います。
