★ ★ ★ ★ ★ スタッフによってレベル差がかなりありそうでしたが、私を担当してくれた方はとても親切で、初期費用等の相談も親身になって考えて知恵を貸して頂けたり、バイクの駐輪の件もオーナーさんと交渉してくれたりと、非常に良かったです！

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 礼金なしの物件という紹介を受けましたが、いざ伺って手続きしようとすると実は礼金ありだとあうことでした。わかりやすくぐいぐいくる営業ではないものの、断りづらい日本人心理をつかれた手法で、いいカモになってしまったなと思います。
また申し込み後は物件紹介表示を即止めると言っていましたが、継続してサイトに表示されていましたので、不信感は拭えません。

入居してすぐにシンク下の排水管が外れていたので、電話したら「大家のご厚意で直します」とのこと。こんなもんは直して当たり前なのに、不動産管理会社としてあり得ないです。
リロの賃貸だけは絶対にやめた方がいいです。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 入居予定日まで１週間を切っても契約書が届かず、問い合わせに対し担当は「休暇だった」と謝罪はなし。休暇の日程は事前に別スタッフから聞いていたが、それにしても時間がかかりすぎていたので忘れられていたのではと思う。
やっと届いた契約書は誤字だらけだし、担当が言っていたことと書類に書いてあることが違う箇所がいくつかあり、不信感から契約前にキャンセル。その旨の連絡をした時に「相応の賃料はいただく」と意味不明なことを言われた。結局全額戻ってきたが。
担当はいつ問い合わせても休暇で、電話を代わってもらったことは一度もない。折り返しはなぜか決まってメールで、業務終了と共に返信が止まるため無駄に時間がかかった。せめて返信が早いか、メールの本文がまともだったら良かったのかもしれないが…。
急ぎの引っ越しを予定している方は特に気をつけた方が良い。
