忙しいのは目に見えてわかるが、話してる最中に電話に出るは話してる最中違う業務を気にし過ぎ。
スタッフを増やすなり対策をした方がいいのでは

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 以前、こちら経由で賃貸アパートを借りていました。入居時に要請していた敷地内の設備の補修を、結局退去時まで実施して貰えず、、、
どの様に物件を管理されているのか非常に疑問です。
また、入居時に室内の補修費の協力（10万）、退去時に補修箇所の請求（程度による）と、何故か2回有りました。普通に考えて両方はあり得ないのでは？入居の際に、特にこちらから補修をリクエストした訳ではなく、オーナー判断で新入居者を迎える為に勝手に補修した訳ですし。退去の際に補修をして出ていくのであれば、新入居者からはお金は頂かないハズですし。入居の時の補修協力金だけで、退去時の費用は不要のシステムです、と伺っていたのですが。
さらに、どうも長年トイレの貯水タンクが水漏れしていたらしく（一定まで水が貯まると弁が閉じるやつ。劣化で閉じきらず、常にタレ流しが退去直前に発覚）、引っ越し後の水道代が激安になった事もあり、信頼に足る管理はされていないと考えます。

Isn't it possible to think of both? When I moved in, I didn't specifically request repairs from here, but I repaired it without permission in order to welcome new tenants at the owner's discretion. If you go out after repairing when you move out, you won't get any money from new residents. I heard that it is a system that does not require the cost of moving out, only the repair cooperation fee when moving in.
In addition, it seems that the water storage tank of the toilet has leaked for many years (the valve closes when water is stored to a certain extent. It does not close due to deterioration, and the drainage is always discovered just before moving out), and the water bill after moving became very cheap. In some cases, I don't think it is managed reliably.
