陽	陽一 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 来店予約して行ったけど、予約必要なかったかも。空いてました。三菱UFJ銀行丸の内支店の2階にあるので注意。銀行の対応の方ってどうしてどこもまともな敬語使えなかったり差し向かいで話してるのに聞き取れないほど声が小さかったりそもそも名乗りもしなかったり、そんな人ばっかりなんでしょうね。相手を見て対応を変えてるのかしら。 I made a reservation to visit the store, but maybe I didn't need to make a reservation. L	LEMON WEB on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 海外旅行で発生した外国コインが沢山ウチにあったのですが、三井住友銀行さんに置いてあるユニセフ募金箱で寄付が出来ることを知り利用しました。おそらくこれが海外旅行などで余った外国コインを処分する唯一の方法だと思います。いい制度だと思うのでこれからも存続させて欲しいと思います。 I had a lot of foreign coins generated during my overseas trip, but I learned that I could donate with the UNICEF donation box at Sumitomo Mitsui Banking Corporation. Perhaps this is the only way to dispose of surplus foreign coins, such as when traveling abroad. I think it's a good system, so I hope it will continue to exist.

After 2 visits in which I attempted to transfer money to an overseas account, they have been very resistant to help and I am still unsuccessful. Also, despite the fact the bank closes the door at 15:00, they stop servicing international transfers at 14:30. When asked why, the staff just shrugged. I asked if other branches are open later, and she said she didn't know, and her only response was "come back tomorrow at 9:00". At least the ATM worked.

There were only 2 customers in front of me, but because bank clerks were really slow, it took me 20 minutes before I could reach one of them. Then again it took them forever to check 2 papers I filled out (with no mistakes!). And after that the clerk comes to me and tells me that the rate has changed as it is already 10:31. The new rate was worse than in Mitsubishi bank just 2 blocks away, so I refused to continue this transaction. 30 minutes of my time were waisted with no outcome. I hate this bank!
