仲	仲西宏 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 口コミの評価が低いのでどうなのかと思ってましたが、ここの口コミ通りでした。ちょっとの問い合わせでも回答を明日に伸ばされて、その後こちらから再度電話するまで折り返し無し。 3,4人に対応してもらったが、担当によって対応が変わるわけでもなく、一貫して最低水準のサービスになってます。ここの社員は社会人のレベルに達していない。 I was wondering what it was because the reviews were low, but it was exactly as the reviews here. 友	友希友希 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 駐車場込みで賃貸物件を契約したものの引っ越し当日駐車場に既に車がありました。契約物件のオーナーが駐車しているので、自分で月極、コインパーキングに停めるなりしてほしいと言われ、そんなものに納得出来るハズもなく弁護士に相談を始めたら急に駐車場を明け渡すと言い出した。駐車場ありと嘘をついて契約させておいて、弁護士が入って来たら仕方なしに駐車場を明け渡すという不誠実ぶり、絶対に信用してはならない悪徳会社である。このような企業がよく1部上場出来ているなと呆れております。 Although I contracted for a rental property including the parking lot, there was already a car in the parking lot on the day of the move. 丑	丑嶋馨 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 入居時には書類の誤植(金額の大幅上乗せ)、宅配ボックスのパスワードが案内されたものと違い、入居初日に色々届く荷物もあったのに開けられず引っ越し作業が進まない。電話するも担当今日休みだから後日とか言われる。しばらくして何かの用で電話するも「現在使われておりません」と番号が変わった案内も住民にはなし。こちらで調べてなんとかたどりつく。退去時は、解約するため電話するとメールアドレスを聞いてきてそのアドレスに退去の入力ホームを送るからそれに記載してくれと言われるが送られてこない。翌日電話すると、忘れてたとのことでSMSにおくると言われる。 SMSと先日伝えたアドレスに同時に入力フォームが送られてくるがどちらにも謝罪の一言もなし。入居と退去の時しか関わらないのに見事にどちらもまともに仕事をしない無能っぷり。ここの社員の人が転職するとき、履歴書にこの会社名あったら採用しないのであしからず。社会人として最低水準にも達していない。それを教育も改善もしていない。二度とここが管理している物件には住まないようにしようと思います。大家の人もここに委託するのはやめた方がいいと思いますよ。 Typographical errors in documents when moving in (significant increase in amount), Unlike the password for the delivery box, which was provided, on the first day of moving in I couldn't open the baggage, but I couldn't move.
