業者さん来てくれる時はいいが、こちらから連絡し、連絡を返せと言わなければ連絡もよこさない。
1度目の請求をしないまま再請求と言ってくる詐欺のような事もしている。
次に引っ越す時はこの管理会社が絡んでいないところにしたい。

その間コンビニ払いとなりますが、家賃未納メールが来てから家賃支払い番号が送られてきます。
また、メールが来てから2日後に支払いましたが週末に未納はがきまで届きました。
一度目の請求にも関わらず「再請求手数料」というものが取られているのも気になります。
初めて家を借りた身としては滞納いているかのような文言やはがきはとても不安に感じますし、電話で尋ねても「全員に同じ文章を送信しているので、仕方ない」とのこと。
家賃請求と滞納者のメールぐらい文章を変えて欲しいです。
対応もとても不快でした。
