★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 量は少ないのですが、一品一品のクオリティが高く、座席間隔もゆったりとしていてくつろげる店です。季節毎にメニューを変えるところにチェーン店には無い工夫と気骨を感じます。
Although the quantity is small, the quality of each dish is high and the space between seats is spacious and you can relax. I feel the ingenuity and spirit that chain stores do not have in changing the menu every season.

You can eat horse sashimi and spicy red lotus root. I was thrilled to be delicious in the middle of Tokyo!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 熊本をはじめ九州料理がメインのようだ。焼酎は芋がほとんどで、日本酒もある程度の銘柄を揃える。料理自体に特別工夫があるわけではないが、素材は比較的良い質のものを使っていると感じた。
しかし、酒のオーダーをする度に、料理を勧めて来るのはやめた方が良い。飲みのペースが狂うし、頼んでしまった料理も結局は残すことになる。
別に断れば良いのだが…そこで話が長くなると会話と酒のリズムが狂うのである。勧められて「あ、じゃあそれを…」となる訳で。
詰め込むような席数でもないのでビル地下の居酒屋としての居心地は悪くないし、ちゃんとしてるので、惜しい。
Kyushu cuisine seems to be main, including Kumamoto. Shochu is mostly rice cake, and sake has a certain grade. Although the cooking itself does not have a special device, I felt that the ingredients used were of relatively good quality.
However, it is better to stop offering food every time you order sake. The pace of drinking goes up, and the dishes I've ordered will eventually be left.
It is better to say otherwise ... the longer the talk there, the rhythm of conversation and liquor goes up. It is recommended that it becomes "Oh, then it will be ...".
It's not a crowded seat, so it's not bad as a bar in the basement of the building, and it's lonely because it's fine.
