注文した商品が足りず、電話で問い合わせすると店頭まで取りに来いと。
会社の限られた時間での昼食、今日は昼飯抜き。
たかが牛丼で、と思われるなら店潰してくれ。
もっとマシな店ができるから。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 会社へ出勤する際に良くドライブスルーを利用してました(週3～4回程度)
朝7時前から米が食べられて、通勤途中にあるのがここしか無かったので。
毎回牛丼弁当の並盛を注文していましたが、味が安定しない。
基本的にご飯は粒が砕けて、水分が多くべちょべちょ、おはぎか餅か？
まともな水加減のご飯はほぼ出てきません。
牛丼の具材は味が濃すぎるか薄すぎる。
ちょうど良い日はほとんど無い。
盛り付けは基本肉少ない。
牛丼屋の牛丼弁当なら並盛でもご飯はあまり上から見えることは無いと思っていましたが、ここの牛丼弁当はご飯見えまくり。
酷い時は真上から見た時の肉とご飯の割合が1:1の時もありました。
看板メニューの品質が悪いとか意味わからん。
本部にも何度も連絡しましたが改善されず。
ドライブスルーでの接客もダメダメ。
今はリモートワーク主体になったのでもう行くことは無いですが、正直星1つでもつけたくない。
ちなみに店内で食べるときは丼や味噌汁の椀がべちょべちょで拭かないと手が汚れます。
割と最低なお店かな。

I ordered a regular beef bowl lunch every time, but the taste is not stable.

The ingredients of beef bowl are too strong or too light.
There are few good days.
Serving is basically less meat.
I thought that the rice couldn't be seen from above even if it was a regular serving of beef bowl lunch at a beef bowl shop, but the beef bowl lunch here is rolled up.
In bad times, the ratio of meat to rice when viewed from directly above was 1: 1.
I don't know what it means that the quality of the signboard menu is bad.
I contacted the headquarters many times, but it didn't improve.
Customer service by drive-through is also useless.
Now that I'm mainly remote work, I don't go anymore, but honestly I don't want to get even one star.
By the way, when you eat in the store, you have to wipe the bowl and miso soup bowl with a mess to get your hands dirty.
I think it's the worst store.

ネギ玉牛丼のサラダセットを頼んだのに玉子とみそ汁が付いていない。
料理が届いた直後すぐに気づいて店員呼び出しを2回鳴らしたが反応無し。
仕方なしに食べ始め、途中でも2回鳴らしたが反応無し。
食べ終わったあと店員呼び出しを鳴らしたら来てくださって今すぐ持ってきますと。
生たまごのみで食べろと？(みそ汁はしっかり頂きました)
持ってきただけで謝罪も一切何も無い。
もうこの店に来ることは無いし店内自分1人だけというのも納得がいきます。
皆さんもこの店に行く際はこういうことがあるかもと気をつけてください。
写真の通り盛り付け等も雑です。

久しぶりに店内に入ったら、注文がタッチパネルになっていました。
期間限定で、アニメの鬼滅の刃のボトルが付きました。
