If it doesn't matter, there should be something that you should do as a doctor, such as suspicing other diseases or recommending a different hospital. Not having relatives in the examination room would also eliminate the possibility of being disadvantaged if there were any problems. The response was also cold. The location is good and patients will come, but the response is bad.
