T	TENMAぼたん on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 既に3度ほど酒蔵見学をさせていただいています。説明もさることながら、酒蔵スタッフの方がとてもフレンドリーに説明してくれるので、毎回楽しみながら話を聞くことが出来ます。冬には雪室準備、夏には雪室見学といった内容の違いだけではなく、夏に訪問する時と冬に訪問する時で試飲のラインナップが変わるので、季節を楽しみつつ何度も訪問できる良い酒蔵かと思います。今回はイットキーという少し変わったお酒を購入しました。飲んでみると少し柔らかな酸味が抜けていき、後味に甘味が残るという白ワインのような不思議な感覚の日本酒で、アルコール度数も12度どいう低さなので女性にもお勧めできるお酒です。逆に46度というウイスキー並なお酒も置いてあるので、普通の酒蔵とは違った発見があると思います。 I have already visited the sake brewery about 3 times.
