ダムカードは、姫路土木事務所 福崎事業所で配布しているそうです。
On the website of Hyogo Prefecture, it is listed as Mibu Dam Management Office.
Dam cards are distributed at Himeji Civil Engineering Office Fukusaki Office.

とても静かで落ち着く環境でした。
近くに小さな稲荷神社の祠があります。
It is a Sugo dam in the countryside.
It was a very quiet and calm environment.
There is a small Inari Shrine shrine nearby.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 夜中に行きましたが、霧があった為か、怖いな雰囲気で、特にトンネル抜ける時は気持ち悪い感じでした。昼間なら静観な感じで、気持ちが落ち着く場所だったでしょう(^_^;)夜中にカップルで行ったら、逆に盛り上がること、間違いなし…？
I went there in the middle of the night, but it was a scary atmosphere, probably because of the fog, and I felt uncomfortable especially when I went through the tunnel. It would have been a quiet place in the daytime, and it would have been a calming place (^ _ ^;) If you went with a couple in the middle of the night, it would definitely be exciting ...?

南に石碑が有ります。
公園が3つ有るようですが、僕が行ったときは通行止めで、入れませんでした。
歩いてなら全部見れるでしょう。
とても静かで森林浴とかできそうですね。
駐車場はありませんが、ダムの道が広いので、適当に止めて大丈夫です。
管理棟にはトイレも有ります。
管理等の横には3公園の一つ、「石の公園」があります。
It is a small dam lake.
There is a stone monument in the south.
It seems that there are three parks, but when I went there it was closed and I couldn't enter.
You can see them all on foot.
It's very quiet and you can do forest bathing.
There is no parking lot, but the road to the dam is wide, so you can stop at it.
There is also a toilet in the administration building.
Next to the management, there is "Stone Park", one of the three parks.

山深いトンネルを抜けた先にあるダムで車で反対まで渡れます。
ダム管理棟と公衆トイレしか無くとても静かで落ち着いた場所です。
自然公園もあるみたいですが、土砂崩れで通行止めになっていて行ったことはないです。
I go to midnight when I have a lot of things to think about.
You can drive to the other side at the dam at the end of the mountain tunnel.
It is a very quiet and calm place with only a dam management building and public toilets.
There seems to be a natural park, but I've never been there because it was closed due to a landslide.
