★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 1985年1月に発生した「犀川スキーバス転落事故」ではこのダムのダム湖にスキーバスが転落しました。すぐ近くには慰霊碑があります。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 左岸（住宅地側）の道から入る事が出来ますが、工事等が行われている時は当然立ち入り禁止です。右岸からは視界が得難く、見学が難しいダムです。
You can enter from the road on the left bank (residential side), but of course it is forbidden to enter when construction is underway. It is difficult to see from the right bank and it is difficult to visit.
