一年半ぶりに来店。塩ラーメン細麺680円以前より美味しい!獣臭さが軽減され、チャーシューも分厚く味濃い目に感じました。11時〜17時はラーメン注文でライス無料とあったので次はライスもいただきます。

ラーメン、餃子、チャーシューとネギの丼の満腹セット?? 1010円を頼みました。 不味くはないですが、ラーメンの餃子もサービスエリアのレベルです。 まぁ美味しいですよ。でもサービスエリアのラーメンレベルなんですw あ、サービスエリアの方が味の予想が出来るしええかなw それと『えーっと餃子のタレは…』と探してたらあ、ここは関東か…そこは仕方無いですがやっぱり文化が違うと戸惑いますなぁ… いつも行ってる黄金家が休みだったので一回行ってみましたが、リピートはありまへん。やっぱり黄金家ですな。

鹿島家さんは良く利用してます。店内も広くてテーブル席とカウンターがあるので家族連れで立ち寄るのにもGoodだと思います。自分はいつも食べるものはいっしょで太麺チャーシュー麺に餃子と生ビールです。自分の中の定番です!餃子の皮ももちもちしてて価格も安価なのでお得感がありますよ。チャーシューは絶品ですね(自分はね)黄金町に行った際は是非立ち寄ってみてね?

餃子1皿とラーメンで880円と、値段は標準か少し安めだと思いました。 絶えず咳き込みながら仕込みを行う店員さんや、マスクをせず入店して喋り散らす客が気になって急いで食べてしまいました。

【鹿島家 黄金町店】※系譜不明。 こちらはしっかり店炊きですが、系譜は不明です。 店内の雰囲気も、店員さんの感じも老舗感は満載ですね( ̄▽ ̄) ある意味殺風景というか…w スープは大寸胴2つで炊いていていい匂いがしました。 厨房内には長多屋製麺の麺箱が。 麺はテボで茹でていますね。 海苔がラウンドしているビジュアルです。 スープはバランス型です。 鶏油は割と多めに浮いているけどほんのり香る程度。 少し豚っぽい脂も感じますね。 豚骨感は控えめ。だからと言って特に鶏感を感じる訳ではなく… バランスは取れているけど、 全体的に控えめでおとなしい味わいです。 ライトであっさりしてますね。 全くクセがなく飲みの〆に良さそうな優しいスープです。 醤油感は適度。濃くも薄くもない感じです。 長多屋のストレート麺は「太麺」とは言っても気持ち細めで、 断面が正方形に近い中太ストレート。 茹で加減はちょい硬め程度。 モッチリ感はないけど、このスープにはこれでいいかな? 長さがあり喉越しは良かったです。 チャーシューはロースで大きさは普通で薄め。 なんか懐かしいというか、まさにクラシックな食感。 味付けはちょうど良かったです。 ほうれん草はちょい少なめ。 茹で加減は普通。本来の味わいがして良かったです。 海苔増しは7枚。 大きさや厚さは普通だけど、少し目が粗くてところどころ穴が開いてる… スープに浸すと縮む感じで少し弱め。 少し磯の香りが強いタイプで風味はまあまあ良かったです。 薬味のネギは後乗せの輪切りが適量。 食感が良くて、でも辛さはなくいい薬味でした。 うん。やっぱり軽め。 優しい味のラーメンです。これも美味しいですね。 ラーメン+海苔増し。

Regular flavor ramen. Nothing really special, too oily and the noodles were also not that good. The meat was good though and also the dumplings. Also a little too salty for regular tonkatsu ramen. It's cheap but not a favorite option to go.
