★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 古いです。狭いです。決して綺麗な場所ではありません。ですが、そんな事はどうでも良いと思える程、良い場所です。メニューは少ないため、二次会で使うと非常に良いと思いますが、ガッツリ食べる事も出来るため、最初からここで飲むというのも良いかもしれません。ホルモンソバがお奨めです。タレで味付けがなされているため、アッサリしている…という訳には行きませんが、とても良い感じです。またカレーホルモンソバも結構いけます。
 It is old. It ’s narrow. It is never a beautiful place. But it's a good place so that you don't care. Since there are few menus, I think that it is very good to use it at the second party, but it is also good to drink here from the beginning because you can eat gutsuri. Hormonal buckwheat is recommended. Because it is seasoned with sauce, it does n’t mean that it ’s assassinated, but it ’s very good. You can also use curry hormone buckwheat.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ホルモンソバとカレーホルソバをいただきました。ホルモンがプリプリでこれまで食べたホルモン焼きそばで一番美味しかったです。
店は少し入りづらい雰囲気がありますが、気さくなおばちゃん1人で切り盛りされていてアットホームなお店です。
We had hormone buckwheat and curry horsoba. It was the best yakisoba noodles I had ever eaten with hormones.
The shop is a little difficult to enter, but it is a cozy shop that is cut by one friendly lady.

鳥取のご当地料理ということで、飲んだ後の〆に訪問。
鉄板でホルモンとソースが焼ける香ばしい匂いがヤバいです。
大将、店の雰囲気含めて大変美味しく頂きました♪

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 鳥取のソウルフード・ホルそばの名店です。ホルモンを焼き肉のたれで焼きそばにしているのですが、クセになる美味しさ！色んな店で出してますが、私はここがナンバーワンだと思っています。カレーにホルそばを入れて煮込んだカレーホルそばというオリジナルメニューも絶品。地味にマカロニサラダもお気に入りにです。座敷のテーブル２卓とカウンター４席ほどの小さなお店ですが、いっぱいのことも多々あります。唯一の難点は、鉄板焼きの味のベースが全て同じなことくらい(笑)
It is a famous store near Tottori's soul food hol. The hormone is made into yakisoba with a sauce of roasted meat, but it's delicious! It's available at various stores, but I think this is the number one. The original menu called curry hol soba, which is made by adding hol soba to curry and simmering, is also excellent. I also like the macaroni salad soberly. It's a small shop with 2 tables in a tatami room and 4 seats at the counter, but it's often full. The only difficulty is that the base of the taste of teppanyaki is all the same (laugh)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 1人とかだと入りずらいですが（テイクアウト推奨）、味は間違い無いと思います笑 味噌だけが前面の味付けじゃなくて美味しかったです。
It's hard to get in with one person (takeout recommended), but I think the taste is definitely lol Miso was not the only seasoning on the front, it was delicious.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ たまたま通りがかり入ったのですが、かなり美味しかったです。特にホルモンソバ、ヤキメシ、嫁なかせは絶品でした。店内は若干狭いですが雰囲気も良かったです。ご夫婦ですやられてると思うのですがお客さん多くて料理が出てくるまで少し時間がかかりますが、気にならないくらい美味しいです。
I happened to pass by, but it was quite delicious. In particular, the hormone buckwheat, yakimeshi, and bride-in-law were excellent. The inside of the store is a little small, but the atmosphere was good. I think it's done by a married couple, but it takes a while for the food to come out because there are many customers, but it's delicious enough not to bother me.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 何度か前を通る度に気になっていたお店。少し入りにくい雰囲気でしたが入ってみて正解でした。カウンター席で鉄板で焼いているご主人をみながら?最高です。オーカクは柔らかく、センマイも食感が良い～カルビはニンニクの芽と相性バッチリ?ホルモンそばは麺が好みの硬さで美味しかったです。次回はカレーホルモンそばを食べてみたいです。
The shop that I was curious about every time I passed in front of me. It was a little difficult to enter, but it was the correct answer. It's great while watching my husband grilling on an iron plate at the counter seat ?. The oak is soft and the omasum has a nice texture. The ribs go perfectly with the garlic sprouts ? The hormone soba noodles were delicious with the desired hardness. Next time I would like to eat curry hormone soba.

鳥取だと非常に評価の高いお店。
いつも8割ぐらい埋まってます。
夫婦2人で切り盛りしている感じもいいですね。
いつもは締めに行ってましたが、今回は1件目。
いつも頼まない豚キムチとか嫁泣かせ？
食道を炒めているもの！
頼みましたが、めちゃ美味ですね。
締めのホルモン焼きそばは言うまでもなく美味しいです。しかし、あの隠し味の緑の物体はなんなんだろう。。次回はしっかり聴きたいと思います。
