★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 鳥取駅構内にあるそば屋です。シンプルな駅そばですが具材のあごちくわが鳥取らしさを出しています。そばの出汁は見た目は薄そうですが結構濃い味でそばの風味と合っていました。お客さんは昼間は地元の人も多く賑わっていました。
観光客の方は汽車の待ち時間などで利用するのも良いかもしれません。
It is a soba shop in the premises of Tottori station. It's near a simple station, but the chin chikuwa of the ingredients gives it a Tottori-like appearance. The soba stock seems to be light in appearance, but it has a rather strong taste and matches the flavor of soba. Many locals were busy during the day.
Tourists may want to use it while waiting for the train.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ アゴちくわがポイントですね。砂丘そばでもうどんでも美味しく頂けます。注文してからあっという間に出て来ます。以前は駅構内のプラットホームに出店していた気がしますが間違いでしょうか。
The chin chikuwa is the point. You can enjoy it even if you eat udon noodles near the sand dunes. It will come out in no time after ordering. I think I used to open a store on the platform inside the station, but is that wrong?

砂丘（いわゆるかけ）390円、たぬき・きつね510円、かき揚げ510円、月見460円、玉子とじ490円〜そば・うどん共通。砂丘の定食600円、玉子丼580円、カツ丼720円、2022.2現在。
A station soba shop on the 1st floor of JR Tottori Station. Udon / soba single item, rice bowl set, inari and sushi rolls, etc. 10 seats at the counter + several seats at the table. You can drop in for breakfast or dinner.
Sand dunes (so-called kake) 390 yen, tanuki / kitsune 510 yen, kakiage 510 yen, moon viewing 460 yen, egg binding 490 yen ~ Soba and udon are common. Set meal of sand dunes 600 yen, egg bowl 580 yen, katsudon 720 yen, as of 2022.2.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 改札口からゆく場合、入り口が少し分かりにくいですが、案内を信じて歩いてゆくと大きな柱の陰に食券機と入り口があります。駅そばにしてはしっかりした田舎そば風味で、なかなか楽しい食べごたえでした。お汁は昆布ダシのあっさりとしたもので、トロロ昆布がよく会います。デフォルトで乗っている竹輪もおいしく、天ぷらを乗せるのが憚られます。たまご、キツネのほうがおすすめだなあ。
地方駅の駅そばにしては少しお高めですがその分だけ質がいいと思う。
朝、かなり早い時間からやってます。これもまたありがたいポイント。

It had a solid countryside soba flavor for a station soba, and it was quite enjoyable to eat. The soup is a light kelp soup stock, and I often meet trolley kelp. The chikuwa that is on by default is also delicious, and it is irresistible to put tempura on it. Eggs and foxes are recommended.
It's a little expensive for a local station, but I think the quality is good.
I'm doing it from a very early time in the morning. This is also a thankful point.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ いわゆる駅蕎麦屋。カウンター席とテーブル席がある。朝6:30より営業しているのはありがたい。関西風の汁に蕎麦の組み合わせだが、味がしっかりしているので美味い。のせられているのは「あごちくわ」だそう。
