Since summer is just around the corner, I only ordered cold soba, but tempura soba and duck soup soba seem to be popular. As cold noodles, I received duck soup soba for 1,300 yen (1,700 yen for a large serving). Arrived in about 15 minutes from the order. The duck meat is twice as thick as a normal soba restaurant and has a thickness and elasticity that cannot be chewed. The soup stock is sweet and strong, and you may be thirsty after eating. The green onions are boiled softly and accented with yuzu peel. In addition to the duck meat, there is a large duck, onion, and one yuzu fish ball, which is quite a volume. The buckwheat noodles are quite thin and chewy, and because they are tightly tightened with water, they did not grow even when soaked in warm duck soup. There is Yuzu Sansho powder as a condiment, but if you add it, it will have a refreshing taste, so please try it. In addition, soba hot water was also provided, which is typical of a soba restaurant, so we asked for an additional 100 yen for cold soup. Soba soup has a strong bonito scent, and is also sweet and like the soup stock of boiled mirin. Personally, I like the soup stock that is a little refreshing, so I like the soba noodles here, but I don't really like the soup stock. I can't really feel the scent of soba. It seems to be a popular store, and it was full in less than 30 minutes after opening, and customers who came later wrote their names on the list at the entrance and waited outside the store. If you run out of noodles, the store will close, and it seems that you should come to the store quite early.

It is a full-fledged handmade soba shop. The tempura was crispy, and the soba noodles were also chewy and had a nice scent. I had a warm squid nanban, but the soba was entwined with the oyster soup stock and it was very delicious. The sobagaki zenzai was also moderately sweet and the fluffy sobagaki was the best. I recommend it!
