レ	レベル名院 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 群馬県みなかみ町と言えば水上温泉、スキー、ラフティング、カヌー、渓谷めぐり、餃子雪松、そしてダムカレー。ダムカレーは日本ダムカレー協会なるものがありマツコの知らない世界でも紹介されていた。みなかみ町はダムが5つもありダムの聖地とも呼ばれダムカレーを食べられる店も10店舗近くあり町をあげてみなかみダムカレーを盛り上げている。諏訪峡散策入り口に近くにあるこちらのお店一見年季の入ったドライブインのような外観だが中身は本格的洋食店。肉は上州牛や群馬県産豚を使用し、そばやうどんは手打ち。値段は安くないが味がいい。その証拠に値段が安くないにも関わらず、地元の人が多くランチに訪れる。アーチ式/矢木沢ダムダムカレー@1000別上ロースカツ単品@1180別カレーは真ん中にしっかりとアーチ型に固められたご飯がありその上に素揚げされた野菜とワカサギがトッピングされている。アーチ型のご飯を境に片側にルゥ片側に福神漬けが沈んでいる。ルゥはスープカレーに近いシャバシャバで爽やかな辛さの辛口スパイスカレーで美味しい。トッピングの野菜では舞茸が抜群に旨い。さすがみなかみはきのこが特産だけあって工場で作られた舞茸より味も香りも濃い。群馬県産豚肉の上ロースは柔らかく甘い。値段だけのことはある。ただワカサギを揚げた油と同じらしくワカサギの匂いが匂い移りしていた。総じて美味しくまた食べに訪れたい。特産品かも知れないがワカサギのフライは要らないかも。次回は地元の人が皆食べていた上州牛のハンバーグが食べたい。俵型でかなり旨そうだった。 Speaking of Minakami Town, Gunma Prefecture Water hot springs, skiing, rafting, canoeing, Going around the valley, dumplings, snow pine, and dam curry. It may be a special product, but you may not need fried smelt. Next time, I want to eat the Joshu beef hamburger that all the locals have eaten. It was a bale type and looked pretty good.

The dam curry is excellent. The collaboration of Maitake mushroom and eggplant is delicious with authentic spicy curry. Dam curry is arch type, gravity type, rockfill type and maniac setting, the amount and shape of rice is different
