空きがあるはずの物件を調べてもらったら空きなしと言われ翌日再度調べてもらうと結局空きあり謝罪なし二度と行きません
時間をとって頂いたにも関わらずキャンセルしてしまったのは申し訳ないですが不愉快でした。ありがとうございました。

母はわがままなため私とも意見が別れていてまとまっていないような状態でご相談に伺いました。
支店長様はそんな端から見たらみっともないような私と母のやり取りにも温かく反応してくれて、私達の別れている意見をひとつひとつ丁寧に紐解いて解決に導いてくれました。
顔は一見怖そうですがこちらの要望に本当に親身になって対応、アドバイスを頂き今まで不動産屋に抱いていたマイナスイメージが180度変わりました。
また、何より店の他スタッフ様含めたチームワークがとにかく素晴らしく、とても気持ちよく物件を決めることができました。
私も同じ接客業の端くれとしてプロフェッショナルを学ばせて頂いた大変貴重な機会にもなりました。

成約決まったお客さんにだけいい対応。しかしそれも嘘。
他の会社の契約書見たらわかるけど宅建士が伝える重要事項の説明書ですら内容薄っぺらい。お陰で退去の時酷い目にあった。今もその影響が出ている。
当時の契約について事実確認のため電話しろとスタッフに伝えても一度2-3コールしただけですぐ切られた。翌日かけてくるかと思って待ってみたが電話なし。こちらの温度感の高さを電話でたスタッフにも伝えたが適当な対応。そりゃ責任者があんなんだからなと納得。だから再コールもしてこない。あり得ない。
他の人の口コミは相部屋を予算内でとか書いてあったが皆さんは注意してください。部屋のランニングコストは低くても初期費用がっつり取るし保険もアホみたいに高い。安心サポートたるものも勝手につけられている。特に一人暮らし始める人はカモにされるので要注意。
今回の件は、然るべき機関に相談して事を進めています。電話もしてこないのでこちらで少しずつ進めています。
人を騙し続けて成績を出してきた奴が今の西支店の支店長なので皆さん気をつけてください。
