★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ここのの会社は不動産屋ながら『調整区域』という言葉を知らないみたいです。
以下理由
知人が建物等が建てられない『調整区域に該当する』田んぼを相続した際、こちらの店舗からお手紙が来たよう。
・とにかく早く売却したい
・とにかく高く売却したい
・収益を生む事業を当地で行いたい
などとDMに書いてありました。
法務局で相続に関係する情報を閲覧できる事はわかってます。ただそのDMに相続人の名前や相続した住所（地番）まで載せるのはいかがでしょうか？法令には違反しませんが、モラル的に。
そして地番までわかってるということは、調整区域の田んぼまで面倒みてくれるのですか？御社は。そうだとしたら、地域貢献の賜物ですよ。是非色々な人へ御社をご紹介したい。

I know that you can see information related to inheritance at the Legal Affairs Bureau. But how about putting the heir's name and inherited address (lane number) on that DM? I do not violate the law, but morally.
