ここの不動産では、物件の契約なり店舗に入店はしないと思う。
違う系列の店舗で物件を探す（ハウスコム熱田店）で物件契約した。
まだ熱田店の方が素晴らしい対応して貰ったから。借り手側としては 熱田店を利用する。

こちらは了解してません。
今までで1番最悪な対応です。
借主ですが賃貸物件のオーナーでもありますが二度と利用したくない。
全く建物の管理がされて無く入居の時もハウスクリーニングさえされて無い不潔な物件を紹介された。
ここは借主の事を全くと言って良い程考えておらず退去時の立会でハウスクリーニング代のみの支払いと言う事で書類にサインしたが、3週間も後になって現状回復でと言い出した。
国民生活センター紛争解決委員会でADR（裁判外紛争解決手続）させて頂く予定です。
サギされた気分です。
皆さんお気をつけ下さい。
