買ってすぐに契約書に記載のない雨漏り。かなり重大な瑕疵を知らなかったではなく、隠匿。
水回りは古いままなのに、全部ではなく半分くらい壁紙と床だけ、貼り方は手抜きだけど新しいものになっていたので違和感はあったのですが、1年たたず床からカビが浮きまくり、
今では壁も天井もカビだらけ住めたものじゃない。
カビを隠すための壁紙だったのは明らかで、隠蔽してたんですよね。
こちらはもう何年も、雨漏りと闘っています。
辛くてしょうがないです。
売主も、お金で名義だけ貸したのがあからさまな若者でした。かなりの悪徳慣れした会社です。
本当に、ここで家を買ったことを後悔しています。

Googleの方が正解なので、
契約前に確認することをオススメします。
木造アパートはレオパレス以来ですが、
レオパレスより音漏れします。
隣の住民の真夜中の大きな歌声はまだかわいい方で、
上の住民のいびきや寝言、生活音、
全部聞こえます。
早朝の4時から生活音が聞こえてくるし、
5時に洗濯機まわすので近所迷惑この上ないです。
とても安眠出来ません。
室外機の音もうるさいです。
自分の家なのに、全く、寛げないです。
引っ越して1週間経たない内に、
引っ越ししたくなりました！
非常に後悔しています。
上の住民は当たり外れあるにしても、
この物件は出入り激しいので、
みんな、住み心地悪いのでしょうね
定着しません。
管理会社は、
ミニミニのミニクリーンですが、
対応が非常に遅いです。
電話して最低３日は動いてくれません。
配水管清掃してくれましたが、
キッチン、洗面所、洗濯機、お風呂のみ！
トイレはやってくれません。
移転した際のお知らせも、
電話番号変わるのに廊下に貼るだけで、
各部屋に案内書なしです。
経費削減ですか？
通常の清掃も杜撰です。
丁寧にやってくれません。
もう二度とミニミニは利用しません。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 背の低いおじさんの社員さんに部屋の内見をお願いしたのですが、内見に行く途中、「あなたクレジット滞納とかはないですよねえ～？」とか聞かれて、嫌になって別の不動産屋で契約した。
客を外見で判断する店なのできちんとした格好で行きましょう。
個人的には、高畑駅周辺にはアパマンさんとかも営業しているので別の不動産屋にしたほうがいいと思います。

⭕係長の方が丁寧に対応してくださりました。アパマン、ホームメイトと巡りましたが一番対応が良かったように思えます。
⭕多くの物件を提案してくだり、視野広くして探す事が出来ました。
⭕他社と同じでもこちらの方が安い物件もありました。(手数料関係？)
⭕引っ越し業者も複数紹介して頂き、相見積もりでお値打ちになり、スムーズに準備が進んでいます。
⭕大家さんへの交渉も行ってくれました。新築物件の為か値引きには至りませんでしたが、ベストは尽くしてくれたのだと思います。
