★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 約１年ほど前の情報です。コロナ禍で変えたこともあるかと。スタジオは地元、地域の方中心のメンバー。何となく専業主婦が多めかな。こじんまりした広さ。スタジオ内の自分のエクササイズの場所も自由でしたが、ほぼ決まっている感じ。フィットネス内容や先生により人気の高いコースは予約をとるのが困難。ロッカールームは混雑。通う事で一体感や雰囲気を楽しめる。コロナ禍で、自宅でyoutube無理動画配信などで、自宅で好きな時間に自由に、テレビに出してヨガやエクササイズ出来るので、通う時間がないとか、予約とれないとかはないので、自分にあったもので続けるのが良いかもしれないですね。
