m	miwa on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 子供の成人と誕生日記念で利用しました。事前に伝えていたので、店から電話がありプレートをデザート提供時に用意していただけるとのことでした。まず、だし巻き卵が焦げていてそのまま巻いてありました。串焼きセットを頼みましたが、5本出てくるのに1時間半くらいかかりました。デザートの時、プレートは出てこないで普通に提供されました。指摘すると、「あ！」と言われただけで去って行きました。今更ですしサプライズにもならないので「もういいです」と伝えましたが、伝えたのと別の女性の店員さんがその店員さんに向かって「いや、笑い事じゃないから」といいながら慌ててプレートを用意してアイスと一緒に謝りながら提供してくれました。と言うことは、他の店員さん笑っていたってことですよね。会計をお願いして待っていると、それとはまた別の店員さんが、椅子の下にあるクラッカーの在庫をとりたいからと、席から立たされました。もう会計なので離席するのに5分もかからないはずです。しかも、待たせているのは店側です。会計時は、最初のじゃんけんで買ってファーストドリンク39円のはずが定価でした。今まで長く通っていてこんなことはなかったのですが、前回もこんな感じでした。コロナ禍になってから、料理も接客も最低になりました。救いは女性の店員さんですが、もう2度と通うつもりはありません。とても残念です。 I used it to commemorate my child's adulthood and birthday.
