★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 初めてロープを使った器具でトレーニングしました！思っていたよりも体力が衰えていたのがわかりました。運動中、常にトレーナーさんがサポートしてくれるため、運動嫌いな私でも安心して運動できました。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ダイエット目的でパーソナルトレーニングを受けてます。普通のジムだと続かず挫折ばかり…他のパーソナルトレーニングより安かったので入会しました。運動苦手なタイプですが、トレーナーの川北さんが励ましてくれるので頑張れてます！感染症対策もしっかりしてくれてるので安心です。
I am receiving personal training for the purpose of dieting. I couldn't continue at a normal gym and I was frustrated ... I joined because it was cheaper than other personal training. I'm not good at exercising, but trainer Kawakita-san encourages me so I'm doing my best! I am relieved that the measures against infectious diseases are also solid.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 5月にチラシを見て家の近くだったので、無料体験に行きました。トレーナーさんが体の動かし方、トレーニングの仕方を丁寧に説明してくれました。長年悩んでいた腰痛が改善できればと思い入会して3ヶ月経ちましたが、少しずつ良くなっています！効果がちゃんと出ていてすごいなーと思ってます！これからも頑張って通っていこうと思います^_^
I saw the leaflet in May and it was near my house, so I went for a free trial. The trainer carefully explained how to move and train. It's been three months since I joined, hoping that my back pain, which I had been suffering from for many years, could be improved, but it's getting better little by little! I think it's amazing that the effect is coming out properly! I will continue to do my best ^ _ ^
