0	001 ryou on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 最大メリットは日曜日も17:00まで営業していること。薬剤師の方も処方薬を取り扱ってなくても丁寧に代替案を説明してくださる。最悪のデメリットが受付（若い女性）の接客。幸運にも入り口から受付者が見えるので、その人がいると避けれる。急ぎでどうしても入らないといけなければ、受付においてある順番待ち用の発券機を押して、何もいわず処方箋を窓口に出して座ってればよいと思い座ってまっていると、、、今後は、受付の目の前にある発券機に印刷されている紙が処方箋に添えられていないから出せと言われる。印刷物は受付窓口の机の上にあり手の届く印刷機にあるのだから自分で取ればいいのに。こんな態度(1)が何度かあったのでこの受付は避けていたのに何らかしらで難癖がつき捕まってしまう（関わってしまう）。ちなみに、受付（男性）の対応は最高。私にではないが、他患者が困っていることにも丁寧にサポートしていたのを見かけたことがある。問題の受付女性以外の薬剤師や職員の方々にはしっかり丁寧な方ばかりであるので、この薬局を利用するときの満足度は運しだいである。 (1)①発熱中ですぐに座りたいとき、先に受付中の人がいたので処方箋を「ここに置いておきますね」と言って差し出しても「発券して後ろにならんで」と言われた（発券したのだから順番飛ばしでもないから立たして待たせる意味不明） ②小さい声なので何言っているか聞き取れないので、「えっ？」と聞き返すと語気をあげて言う（そもそも聞き取れないようにボソボソしゃべってほしくない。しかも、こちらの顔を向かず手元で作業しながらしゃべっておきながら）。この３か月間で、etc.。。。さすがに避けたくなりますよね（笑） The biggest advantage is that it is open until 17:00 on Sundays.
