店内のWi-Fiは弱い箇所あり。
WiMAXの電波は圏外ではないが極めて弱い。
ペッドボトルのフルーツジュースの取り扱いがなし。
注文時にお冷やを頼もうと思って言おうとしたらあちらから「お水はいりますか？」と聞いてきてくれた。エスパー？エスパーで気づかいができる店員の方がいる。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 武蔵小杉の駅前にあるスタバなのですが、信号を渡らないとお店に到達できないため、ちょっとした穴場だと思います。駅の反対側にある東急スクエア内スタバはいつも混んでいるので、ほとんど座れません。しかし、ここのスタバはちょっと待てば座れる感じです。
同様に、限定メニューが買えずに困ったときは、ここに一度確認するといいでしょう。最近は、ここの良さが知れ渡ってきているため、買えないことも多いですけどワンチャン狙いでゲットできるかもしれませんよ！

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 駅からすこし歩いたところにひっそりとあるスタバ。東急スクエア店ほど終始混雑はしていないがあまり広くないので意外と席が埋まってる。
特に特筆すべきところはないけど小杉で賑やかなスタバは嫌だと言う人にはオススメ。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 一人感じの悪い店員がいる。対応できない量を受け入れて散々待たせておいて、間違った品物を出す。「違う」というと「私が対応したので間違いない」とか言ってレシートを出さざるを得なくなるというイラつく対応。結局作り直しで更に待つ羽目になった。勘弁してくれ。どんだけモバイルオーダー入ってるのかしらないが、ラテ一つ対応できないんならオーダー一時止めるとかすればいいのに。
