ショップカードには、コスタリカコーヒー豆直輸入販売、月曜日と木曜日が定休日、営業時間11:00～19:30と書いてあります。

マスター自らコスタリカに留学、その後、中南米を廻り、満を持して開店。
現在７つの品種を取扱っております。
酸味、苦味、コクなど、いろいろな人の好みに合うような品種と焙煎が用意されています。
何回か通い、一通り飲み終えて、、、お菓子に合いますね(^O^)
とても美味しくいただけました。
コーヒーがお初の方でも、気軽に楽しめます。
そして、材料と製法にこだわり、安心安全な手作りお菓子やフードメニューも推しですな(^O^)
さらに、お菓子作り担当のマスターのお母さんも素敵な方(^O^)
店内は広くて、明るく、それでいて落ち着いた空間。
これから武蔵小杉からフロンターレ戦観に行く時は穴場になりそうです(^O^)

店内はきれいでおしゃれ。注文後焙煎してもらえます。コスタリカ愛を感じてコスタリカ豆を買ってみました。
焙煎中に珈琲とお茶菓子をだしてもらいました。美味しい。丁寧に仕事をなさっている感じが好感持てます。
I haven't drank it yet, so the star is 3. I would like to review it again after drinking.
The inside of the store is beautiful and fashionable. You can roast it after ordering. I felt the love of Costa Rica and bought Costa Rican beans.
I had coffee and tea confectionery served during roasting. delicious. I like the feeling of doing the work carefully.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 持ち帰りのコーヒーを注文したのに、焙煎を待っている間にコーヒーとケーキのサービスをしてくれます。これで儲けが出るのかと不安になってしまいます。特別なコーヒーは此処で買うと決めています。
I ordered a takeaway coffee, but they serve coffee and cake while I'm waiting for the roast. I'm worried that this will make a profit. I have decided to buy special coffee here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 【時間に余裕を】【川崎じもと応援券OK】注文してから焙煎するので、早くて20分はかかる。注文立てこめば30分超えそう。ただし待ってる間にコーヒー&スィーツサービス付き。コーヒーが焙煎される煙も楽しめる。焙煎機が最低200㌘のロットからなので100㌘は頼めない。コスタリカは直輸入で、それ以外は商社経由。なのでコスタリカの種類が豊富。あとディカフェは2種類あった。コーヒー好きの妊婦や授乳中で我慢してるママさんへのお土産にとても良さそう。ディカフェ、美味しいのが少なくてね。

香り高い珈琲豆をその場で焙煎してくださり、それを待っている間に手作りのシフォンケーキやチーズケーキなどと焙煎したての珈琲を出してくださいます。(無料)ホスピタリティの化身です。炒りの深さも豆の挽き方も相談に乗ってくださるし、要望に答えてくださいます。お値段は200gで1000円〜2000円くらいしますが、本当にそれでもコスパが良いと思えるほど段違いに美味しい珈琲豆屋さんです。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ MY BEST COFFEE ROASTERY IN KAWASAKI! The roastery is so unique as they offer specialised Costa Rican coffee beans. They import them directly from the local people in Costa Rica. The owner roasts coffee beans with every individual order, so I can always get freshly roasted ones. Not only the coffee flavour but also the coffee aroma are very rich and great!
What's more, the shop's ambience is cosy, comfortable and welcoming. The owner's mum bakes cakes and sweets, which is also lovely. While waiting for your coffee bean order to be roasted, you can enjoy complimentary coffee and sweets at the shop.
I recommend that you give yourself a lot of time to get coffee beans, there is no rush because the owner roasts coffee beans alone. Have fun and enjoy the freshly roasted coffee coming for you!
