★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ランチで利用しました。個室で、他者の目線を気にせず食事をすることが出来ます。ランチ定食は1000円以下のものもあり、一人一人紙鍋で頂けます。土日祝日もランチメニューが頼めるのが良いです…！

クリスマスは、予約のみのお客様しかいないようでしたので、良かった〜とおもっていたんですが、良かった所は個室なとこだけでした。
1.案内されてから、店員が来るのが遅い
2.コースの野菜の白菜と、もやしが茶色くなってる。
3.バースデーのデザートプレートが、コース終了前5分前に忘れてたかのように持ってくる
4デザートプレート、アイス、生クリーム、果物等凍っていて、固くてすぐ食べられない。
お店には直接は言ってませんが、考えられないことばっかり。
もうリピはありません。
席時間5分前に、デザートプレート出されて、どう食べるのかわかりません。時間ないし。お詫びもなし
個人的には忘れていて、慌てて出した感じにとれました。
コースの一番最初に出てきた野菜の盛り合わせ？みたいなのは作り置きではと思いました。
もう少しこういうご時世なので、お客様側になって営業したらいいと思います。
もう2度と行かないので良いですが、この店にした事を後悔しかありません。

肉は牛、豚ともに不味い。特にタンは臭くて食えたものではない。
ウィンナーも着色でまさかの魚肉。
頼んだレモンサワーはいろはすのレモンのように薄い。
定員は2回連続でオーダー抜け。食べ放題で料理の提供も遅い。
店内も汚くて照明も埃まみれ。
正直、お金がなくて食べ放題でお腹満たす学生ならまだしも、ある程度の所得のある大人ならこのレベルは絶対にいくべきでない。
温野菜なりレタスなり、しゃぶしゃぶも周りに多いからそっちにいくべき。
申し訳ないけど久々に最悪なクォリティの店でした。よくこの店がコロナで生き残ったなと友人話して帰りました…

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 肉も接客も普通。食べ放題ならということで、イメージ通りといえばイメージ通り。しかし、それなら温野菜や鍋ぞうに行ったほうが断然良い。
しゃぶしゃぶコースは、やや安めの金額設定と思いきや、飲み放題を付けることを前提となっており、付けないのであればワンドリンク頼まなければならない。そのため、食事として行こうと思っていると、他店舗より結果高くなってしまう。
オーダーはスマホでQRコードを読み取り、webから行う。それほど難しい操作ではない。ただ、オーダーは客がやるため、店員さんはあまり客の様子を見ていなさそうであり、それ故にちょっとした心配りが足らない。ごまだれは言わなきゃ出てこないし、薬味もあるのかないのか分からない(店員さんに確認はしなかった)。
肉は割と大きめにカット。牛肉は普通のお店よりやや厚切り。スマホからは牛肉は120g単位でしか頼めないため、あと少し食べたくても追加がしづらい。もしかしたら店員さんにお願いすれば対応してくれたのかもしれないが。
肉と野菜だけでなく、おつまみ系も食べ放題に入っており、唐揚げがおいしかった。

You can also get little plate of appetizers that are also included in hotpot all you can eat options that are big portions. Much cheaper than other ShabuShabu all you can eat places and about the same quality except you can’t pick your own dipping sauce and desserts, but you can save ¥2000.
