So much so that I will be revisiting it next month September 2017. I took a picture of the lower half of the display case back in 2011. Thanks to my digging/detective work I managed to find this restaurant again using google maps. I am so thrilled!!!) So I had the three color omelette. It was incredibly delicious. It was the most memorable meal for me during and after my trip in Japan. My mouth waters just thinking about that omelette. I have waited 6 years to eat this omelette again!! and I cannot wait!! (Their parfaits are very good as well!

However, it makes for a memorable experience. It's located right at the end of Nishiki market so it's fun to watch people go about their business from the window. It also has an amazing display case out front and some of the most absurd parfeits we've seen yet in Japan. Being huge anime nerds we had to check it out and get out parfeit experience in. Our parfeit was quite delicious!

We were seated on the second floor but unlike other people's experience, there were plenty of native Japanese people on the second floor so we didn't feel segregated. I actually preferred the second floor because it was away from the door which brought a lot of cold air into the restaurant whenever the door was opened. It was warm and comfortable on the second floor. Also the servers were very polite and helpful to non-japanese speakers so my experience was much better than some others on here. We ordered the omelette with beef stew and the Japanese sauce omelette. The beef stew was pretty ordinary and we preferred the Japanese sauce omelette. Both came on beds of fried rice which was good, but a bit sweet for our liking. Prices were about ¥1000 - 1300 for the omelettes which was pretty standard for the entire menu. 500ml beer (Kirin) was about ¥600. Dessert menu looked amazing but we didn't order any unfortunately.

G	Gergely Fazekas on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place is kinda weird. They have some weird food, which sometimes work, sometimes not. The curry cheese omurice was fantastic. The mixed grill plate was interesting: the hamburger was basically a meatloaf (although a quite good one, but still), the steak was okayish, but should have been medium rare, the sausage on the bone (!) was suprisingly amazing. And the spagetti tonkatsu combo was really good.

You have to buy something for every person seated, which isn't made clear until after you've been seated sometime after waiting. The menu has a decent selection by the looks of it, but everything is severely overpriced.
