２０２０，２０２１年は新型コロナ対応でその催しが中止となってしまいましたが、落ち着いてくれば...
ぽつんと咲くしだれですし、周りが静かですので
オフシーズンに雰囲気を味わいに行くのもありかと思います
別の方も書いていらっしゃいますが、夜も格別です
# 夜間はかなり暗くなるので一人だとちょっと怖いかもしれません
# また、近隣の道路が細く暗いところもありますので夜間は注意してください

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 桜と天の川を撮影しに行ったのですが、人が多すぎて。。。そして、確かに天の川は、撮影も可能で目でも見れるのですが、空が意外と明るくて天の川自体が薄くしか撮影、見れません。大子なので期待したのですが、ちょっと期待はずれでした。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ もともとは民家の敷地内にあったらしく、住んではいませんが古民家があり桜の時期には、豆餅やヨモギ餅等地元の人たちで、古民家内で販売もしています、里山の小高い丘にあるので、上からの里山の眺めも楽しめます、駐車場は10台い以上は止められます、桜の時期だけだと思いますが、トイレ等もあり、桜は1本桜枝垂れ桜でとても綺麗で、立派に咲き誇っています、4月7日に行きましたが、満開は申し越しだと思います、それでも綺麗に咲き誇っています。

ちょっと奥まった高台にあるため、道からは見えないが、小道を入って少し登ると開けた斜面にそびえている。
経験則(といっても2回だが)では、県西、県南地域で満開になってから一週間後にちょうど見頃になる。
駐車場は道沿いの空き地が使える。枠とかはないので行儀良く停めましょう

周りに自販機がないので飲み物は事前に準備しておいた方がいいです。
桜の開花時期になると地元の人が草大福（5個500円）や餅を売っています。
草大福は毎朝手作りして持ってきているそうです。私はとても美味しいと思いました。
桜は是非現地で見てください。
