と	とりとり on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 以前2度ほど家族で食べにうかがいました。柔らかくて甘い、ボリューミーな、本当に美味しいとんかつで、また是非食べたいと思っておりましたら、2022年1月末日の今日、青空ジャンボセンターでの買い物後にお店の前を車で通りましたら、若旦那さんが外でロースかつ、ヒレかつ、それぞれのカツカレーを外の寒い中、店の前で手売りしておられました。ご高齢の旦那さんご夫婦の健康を考え、オミクロン騒動を考慮してお店を閉めて手売りなさっておられますそうです。なかなか気づいて貰えないと仰っておられました。うちの家族の分を、有難く買わせて戴きました。君津のご近所の皆様、是非美味しい大増のとんかつ、買って応援致しましょう。オミクロン収まりましたら、また是非お店に食べに行きたいです。追記3/12日昨日も青空ジャンボセンター帰り、購入させて戴きました！お弁当が2種類増えてました。(生姜焼き弁当、ハンバーグ弁当、各500円) 飽きない様に色々やってみると仰っておられました。ラベルも手作りでわざわざ付いていて、とても丁寧。しかもやっぱり美味しい！これからも有難く寄らせて戴きます！本当に応援したい。 I visited my family twice before to eat. h	hiromi zkk on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 出掛けた先でトンカツが食べたくなり、評判の良いこの『大増』さんへ。お店に入ると、コロナ感染防止についての注意点を聞かされ、「それでも宜しければ」とのご丁寧な案内をされました。厳しい飲食業界、大変なご苦労だと思われますが、今までここまで徹底しているお店に出会ったことはありませんでした。美味しいトンカツさえ頂ければ有り難いので、マスクしてても静かにしてたのですが、案外待たされました。そして運ばれて来たトンカツ。衣はカリッとしながらも柔らかなサックサクで、肉が柔らかい‼︎ 火の通りはウェルダン？のような断面なのですが、初めての食感。どういうことなのだろう… 私は脂がいい具合のジューシーなものが好きなので星は４つですが、繊維として歯に纏わりつくでもなく、ジューシーでないのに味わいがあるという、ご主人のこだわりが感じられます。ここの推しがこのトンカツと共にトンテキのようですので、次回はトンテキを是非食べてみたいです。一部には敬遠されるかもしれない徹底的なコロナ対策をされてるこういうお店、本当に頭が下がります。 To this "Omasu" who has a good reputation because he wants to eat pork cutlet when he goes out.
