★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 大山豚ロース（70g）と大山豚ひれ（30g）の合盛り（税込み900円）を注文しました。
2種類の肉を食べられるうえ、キャベツもなかなか量があるので後味もさっぱりです。お得感もあります。
追加で大山豚の串カツ（税込み100円／1本）も食べました。
適度な歯ごたえがあり肉を食べているという実感がわきます。次は串カツだけを５本くらい注文したいですね。
店内はトンカツの良い香りで満ちていました。
現在はテイクアウトのみの対応です。1人は店内で座って待つことができます。
豚カツも串カツも出来立てが美味いのは言うまでもないので、店からすぐ近くの東郷湖畔に移動してピクニック気分でゆっくり食べました。
I ordered a combination of Oyama pork loin (70g) and Oyama pork fin (30g) (900 yen including tax).
You can eat two kinds of meat and the amount of cabbage is quite large so the aftertaste is refreshing. There is also a good feeling.
I additionally ate Oyama pork skewer cutlet (100 yen/tax included).
It has a moderate texture and gives you the feeling that you are eating meat. Next time, I would like to order about 5 skewers.
The shop was filled with a nice aroma of pork cutlet.
Currently, only takeout is supported. One can sit and wait in the store.
Needless to say, the freshly made pork cutlet and skewered cutlet were delicious, so I moved to the Togo Lake shore, which is near the store, and had a picnic mood.

마츠자키역 바로 앞에 위치해 접근성도 훌륭하고, 주차장 또한 마련되어 있으며(2대까지 가능), 가게 내부의 분위기 또한 굉장히 깔끔하고, 느낌 있었습니다. 특히나 코로나 방역 수칙을 잘 준수하고 있었습니다. 직원 분은 마스크를 잘 착용하셨으며, 정말 친절하셨습니다.
음식의 맛 또한 감동적이었습니다. 주문 직후 돈카츠와 신선한 양배추 샐러드를 만들어주셨고, 바에서 조리 과정을 직접 눈으로 확인할 수 있어서 더욱 믿음이 갔습니다.
돈카츠는 쉽게 튀김옷이 기름으로 눅눅해지곤 해서 실망할 때가 많습니다만, 여기 돈카츠는 정말 겉바속촉이라 온도 조절에 많이 신경 쓴 느낌을 받았습니다. 포장해 몇십분 후에 먹었는데도 튀김의 바삭함이 살아있었고, 고기의 육즙까지 느껴져 마치 잘 만든 돼지고기 스테이크를 먹는 듯 했습니다. 쓰다보니 또 먹고싶군요. 이 가격에, 이런 퀄리티의 돈카츠는 정말 흔치 않다고 봅니다. 코로나가 잠잠해져서 한국의 관광객들이 온다면 무조건 여기 가라고 추천할거에요! 물론 그 전에 내가 50번쯤은 더 가겠지만!
For lunch today, I took out a 200g bento of roast pork (1,200 yen) and hirekatsu (200 yen each), and the results were very satisfactory! Highly recommended! everyone! The tonkatsu here is really good!
It is located right in front of Matsuzaki Station, so it is easily accessible, and there is a parking lot (up to 2 cars), and the atmosphere inside the store is also very clean and has a feeling. In particular, they were following the Corona quarantine rules well. The staff wore masks well and were really friendly.
The taste of the food was also impressive. Immediately after ordering, they made tonkatsu and fresh cabbage salad, and it gave me more confidence to see the cooking process with my own eyes at the bar.
Tonkatsu is often disappointing because the batter tends to get soggy with oil. Even though I ate it after a few dozen minutes after wrapping it, the crispiness of the tempura was still alive and I could feel the juiciness of the meat, as if I was eating a well-made pork steak. It makes me want to eat it again. At this price, tonkatsu of this quality is really rare. If the corona is quiet and Korean tourists come, I would definitely recommend going here! Of course I'll go 50 more times before that!

真ん中のぶ厚い部分を岩塩を付け頬張ると前歯でサクッと噛みきれる程柔らかいお肉でした(^.^)
続いてレモンを全体に回しかけ、また岩塩で１切れ。さっぱりとして美味しかったです。3切目はソースを軽く付け頂きました(^^)
最後まで飽きずに美味しく食べられました(^^)/

Then sprinkle the lemon all over and cut it with rock salt. It was refreshing and delicious. The sauce was lightly attached to the 3rd cut (^^)
I was able to eat deliciously without getting tired until the end (^^) /
