家の近くのソフトバンクに問い合わせしたら突き返されたので諦めてたところ、買い物帰りに声をかけていただきたまたま三鷹店にお邪魔しました。
忙しい中なんと2人がかりで色々と調べてくれて無事に解決していただきました！
三鷹店で契約したのではないのにここまで親身になってくれるお店はないと思います。
本当に感謝でしかなく、次からは三鷹店にお願いします。家族にも伝えこれからもお世話にならせていただきます！
I was in trouble because I couldn't understand everything about Google and Yahoo.
When I contacted Softbank near my house, I was thrown back, so I gave up, but I happened to visit the Mitaka store when I was asked to go home from shopping.
While I was busy, two people worked together to investigate various things and solved the problem safely!
I don't think there is a store that will be so friendly to me even though I didn't sign a contract with the Mitaka store.
I am really grateful, and I would like to ask the Mitaka store from now on. I will tell my family and I will continue to take care of them!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 店内が広く雰囲気も良い。スタッフの対応やスムーズさわかりやすさも良い。接客ごとに除菌もしていたしペットボトルの水も出してくれた。
全体的に褒める点しかなかったです。
他の店舗に行った時、端末購入者以外には冷たい態度を取られたことがあったが三鷹店はアフターサポートもしっかり対応してくれた。
The inside of the store is large and the atmosphere is good. The staff's response and smoothness are also easy to understand. We also sterilized each customer service and gave us water from PET bottles.
There was only a point of compliment as a whole.
When I went to other stores, I had a cold attitude other than the terminal purchaser, but the Mitaka store also provided after-sales support.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ スマホとYahooアカウントとの連携を誤って解除してしまい色々困ったことになったので来店。
男性スタッフに案内された内容は「現在のアカウントとの連携も解除し再度新しいものを作り直す」というもの。疎くて素直に聞き入れてしまった自分も悪いですが、おかげで毎月のクレジットカードの請求明細も見れないし諸々のアプリとYahooアカウントを連携するなどといったことが一切できなくなった。
連携しようとすると「ほかのアカウントとすでに連携されていて〜」とブロックされるのです。解除しようにも元のアカウントには当然二度とログインできず、もう取り返しがつかない。残念すぎます。
以前機種変更で行ったときにはWi-Fiの勧誘がえらくしつこかった。こちらが「今のWi-Fiでなんの不満もないし気に入ってるから」と言ったら普通は引き下がるべきでしょ。

The content guided by the male staff was "Cancel the link with the current account and recreate a new one." I'm sorry that I listened to it obediently, but thanks to that, I couldn't see the monthly credit card billing details, and I couldn't link various apps with my Yahoo account at all.
When I try to link, it is blocked as "Already linked with another account". Of course, even if I try to cancel it, I can never log in to the original account again, and it is irreparable. It's too disappointing.
When I changed the model before, the solicitation for Wi-Fi was very persistent. If this says "I have no complaints about the current Wi-Fi and I like it", I should usually withdraw.
