下取り品を配送会社にそのまま渡せると助かると思います。また、「他店より安く」はその通りだと思います！ありがとうございました！
 I bought a steam microwave oven. There were some things that were a little difficult to understand, such as trade-in and points, but I was able to explain and respond carefully.
I think it would be helpful if the trade-in product could be handed over to the delivery company as it is. Also, I think that "cheaper than other stores" is true! thank you!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 急に冷蔵庫の調子悪くなり、小さ過ぎて使いにくいのを使ってました。
大手の量販店を回り最後にたどり着いたのがノジマ浅草店でした。もしいいのがなければ繰り越そうかと思ってましたが、店員さんの親切丁寧な説明で納得行ったの即決で購入しました。
買って良かったです。ただリサイクル料金と引き取り料金が少し高いのが欠点でしたがしかないですね。

Suddenly becomes worse refrigerator of tone, it was using the difficult to use too small.

I'm glad I bought it. It is of a little high price take-off and recycling fee there is only but was a drawback however.

その方は豊富な商品の知識をお持ちで、どんな質問にもすぐに答えて下さいました。日本のご出身の方ではなかったですが、相当な努力をされているのでしょう、適切な日本語と共に、日本人が望む接客を心得ていらっしゃるようでした。
ネットでボタンを押すだけで商品が買える時代ですが、一生懸命接客されるスタッフさんにお会いできて、久しぶりに清々しい気持ちがしました。いろいろ大変だと思いますが、頑張ってほしいなと思いました。
I bought a washing machine and a rice cooker. Thanks to the wonderful customer service of the staff in charge, I was able to purchase very comfortably.
He had a wealth of product knowledge and was able to answer any questions immediately. I wasn't from Japan, but I think he made a lot of efforts, and he seemed to know the customer service that Japanese people wanted, along with proper Japanese.
It's an era when you can buy products at the push of a button on the Internet, but it was refreshing to meet the staff who are working hard to serve customers. I think it's a lot of work, but I want you to do your best.

However, it's more expensive than the well known electronic store chains even though its location in Asakusa should mean better prices than e.g. Akihabara or Shinjuku.
